This place is no longer there. We drove to the spot, according to the address, but it’s coffee shops and other stores.

あまり期待せずに来ました。スタッフの方は皆さん笑顔で親切、お部屋も綺麗で気持ちよく過ごさせていただきました。3泊はあっという間でした。

These guys are amazing! they really took care of us. Safety was their priority and to top it off, they even took care of our belongings. Was really stress free. Eventhough it was busy, they managed the water activities so well. Always smiling!

Frau schazwah hat uns vom ersten augeblick an das gefühl gegeben, einer alten bekannten gegenüber zu treten. Die herzlich keit und doch gleichzeitig die professionalität ihrer Arbeit ( für uns mit eine der besten köchinen in diesem hotel ) hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Auch durften wir einige ihrer geheimnisse persönlich unter ihrer obhut ausprobieren.

Place just at the entrance of Avani. Shutter service provided, Less than 10 mins walk from reception. Prices reasonable. Kids friendly. Should try go kart at night.

I was looking forward to do lots of outdoor activities but when i checked in at the Goldcoast resort they had informed me that the extreme park is no longer operational for quite some time. They really should have put this advertisement off any websites if they no longer run it. Now I'm stuck and ran out of ideas to plan an activity for my family apart from playing at the beach. Honestly i am really disappointed because i even rang the number that was advertised and no one returned the call to inform what was happening

A small park and not the best facilities but surprising quite a handful of activities to fill the day. ATV, go-karting, archery and paint balling.

We took the combo package that is archery, paintball shooting, ATV and Go Kart. It was cheap. When we were there, there were no other people except 4 of us. And so we enjoyed our time and had a good laugh with each other. The staff were friendly and helped us with the equipments. Eventhough the park looks simple, we enjoyed our time spent there. Thank you!!!

A small park with a handful of activities.
Go Carts are the main attraction, with a fairly small sized circuit.
When we were there it was RM22 per 5 minutes.
Apart from a stroll along Bagan Lalang beach there is not much else to do in the immediate area.

環境好但服務差！間酒店嘅經理比我鬧到飛起！佢哋嘅服務有以下問題：
一：沒有清潔房間
二：沒有細心聆聽客人要求
三：缺乏恊調及訓練
所以我寫咗以下封投訴信！
Dear Manager,
I had a stay at this hotel from 17/6 to 19/6. This hotel might looks good, but the service is totally sub-standard:
1. I hanged out the card request for cleaning on 18/6 at 12:00pm, no one clean my room when I returned to hotel at 8:30pm.
2. On 18/6, I asked for a late check out on the next day at 1:30pm as I booked the spa on the same day from 11:00am to 1:00pm where they have agreed on this. After the spa, my room key card did not work when I returned to my room.
3. I asked for help from the club house restaurant regarding my key card issue, one the of staff told me that I have to go back to the lobby and I refused. [Note: my room is 112 which is near to the club house while far away from the lobby (can take at least 5-10 mins by buggy)]. Instead, the staff told me they will bring me the key card. However, I have waited for more than 15 mins and no one is sending the key card to me.
4. When I asked for further help from the club house, no one is willing to help. Turn out, I have to travel back to the lobby which made me extremely frustrated and wasted a lot of time as I need to rush to the airport.
The above examples illustrated the following issues:
A. the cleaner did not do their work diligently;
B. the reception did not take customers' requests seriously;
C. the customer operator failed to handle customers' complaint properly;
D. the restaurant staff are not helpful at all;
E. the hotel manager failed to train up the staff.
This hotel may be qualified as a 5-star hotel in terms of environment and standard, but the service is even worse than a 3-star inn. I will say a NO NO to this hotel again!!!!!
