This is not the gym of macho guys and gals, but a place to work out at your own pace and not have to impress anyone. And, Bonnie, the owner, is always cheerful and helpful. There is a wonderful social atmosphere here as well, with friendly greetings from all that workout. My wife and I get a great workout each time we go.

Nicest people in town, nice workout routines or do your own. They offer yoga & other occasional specials,but I only used the equipment. Clean,great hours as well. Til noon on Saturday.

Bonnie, the owner, has packed the schedule with many other types of classes like Zambia, yoga, etc. You can take a taxi from the square for $1

Bonnie really makes this gym outstanding with her up to date equipment and great classes. Bonnie is so helpful with workout tips.
