I visited with my friend who is in a wheelchair and they gave him half price 50pesos, I paid 100. Staff were very attentive. There's some beautiful merchandise reasonably priced in the gift shop at the entrance. Beyond you'll find three levels of collection with some really beautiful glasswork, costumes, weaving, cultural items and other displays. It's worth a visit and was totally accessible and air-conditioned.

Il museo è posizionato all'angolo tra la Ayala abenida e la Salcedo street, e ci passo davanti in taxi tante volte. Ci sono allora andato a piedi per visitarlo.
Nel cortile si trova un gruppo statuario 'THE SPIRIT OF EDSA' inaugurato nel 2001 per commemorare la rivoluzione contro la dittatura di Marcos effettuata con la famosa marcia di mezzo milione di filippini lungo la abenida Epifanio de Los Santos verso il palazzo del Dittatore.
Ma oltre il cortile non si va: museo chiuso per Covid non si sa fino a quando.

they have different displays almost every 2 months, nice to see old and new ones. curator is knowledgeable and they update through email.

I was supposed to bring my Japanese boss to Ayala Museum, which unfortunately was closed for renovation (from June 2019, it says it will reopen in 2020). So this was just our alternative option.
If you want to see the progressive story of the Philippines through its people, gadgets, urban development and historical events, this museum does not fit the bill. It consists mainly of picture gallery of the Yuchengco’s political ties over the decades, and kind of a tribute to Jose Rizal (and his string of women).
Entance fee is 100. 1 hour is more than enough to go through everything (4 floors).

財閥のオーナーが自分の記念の為に作った博物館という印象
Yuchengcoに関りがあって特に興味がある という方以外は、そんなに興味深い内容ではないかもしれません

Within this building is my gym. Other than working out, the place has rich offerings in the gustatory arena. 3rd Floor boasts of various food outlets that provide decent meals. I presume that BPO workers are the usual clientele but these restos are open to everyone doing business in the building. It is worth reading through the history of this building and get perspective of what its soul is expressing. Both architecture and specs are amazing.

I didn't know what to expect from this museum, because we went there mostly because I really liked the building from the outside. It has a really good collection of modern art, including the finalists from some national competition - very interesting. It was definitely worth spending an hour on a Saturday, especially that it wasn't too expensive, either.

we were walking around rcbc when we thought why not check out the museum. there were lots of interesting installations and it was nice reading about them
