日本で有名なカラダファクトリーのフィリピン進出店です。APバランスと云うコースは身体のズレを矯正してくれる整体ですが、施術後に体の疲れもありますが軽くなり効果抜群です。単価は一般のフィリピンでのマッサージの2倍です

Karada is a Japanese technique of body treatment that is a sum total of osteopathy, CHiropractice, Shiatsu, Rolfing and Thai Massage. It has elements of each and is integrated together in a much longer package. The treatment, like any body treatment, depends much on the individual therapist. Ask for Jasmine. She is excellent. She is small in stature but packs a punch in her treatment and knowledge of the body. Over 5 sessionsspread over 10 days, she put my spine and everything around it back in alingment.. For a little over $120, it si great value as well.

I initially hesitated to try their services.
Especially when I read that neck and spine are being “aligned” and stretched. More so, after I heard actual cracking sound during our first visit. Sounds scary. But that all changed after undergoing a couple of treatments.
Karada isn’t your usual massage parlor. It combines chiro and massage, offering 3 types of treatment - AP treatment, Body treatment and Foot treatment.
Their oil-free AP treatment starts with body alignment - from head, down to neck, arms, body and feet. This is where you get cracking sounds by the neck and body. If you aren’t comfortable, just inform the therapist and those will not be done. But then again, what’s the point of going to Karada?
Then, the treatment segues to body massage (with clothes on) using hand and finger pressure. And ending with stretches of different parts of the body.
Karada treatment is more expensive than regular massages, but it is guaranteed to relax and recharge you.

I had my AP-BT treatment early this month and boy I was quite scared because of the crackling sounds coming from my spine but as they say to pain, no gain after days of treatment my sore neck and shoulders were gone. Expect a sore body a day after though.

When I first walked in, they measured the length of my legs by propping it up side by side. You could see that my right leg was higher than my left (most likely cause I tend to lean on my right leg than my left when standing).
During the process, they cracked my back and focused on pain points. Not once did they hit a nerve or did I feel uncomfortable. You can tell they knew what they were doing as they counted the notches of my spine, put me in positions that would crack my back without putting me in danger (it’s a really difficult process if youre not a professional) and in the end, they were able to realign my hips (allowing my legs to be at the same lengths again.
Tbh was a great experience and would go back.

たまたま見つけてお邪魔しました。単純なフットマッサージでなく、矯正したあとに揉みが始まります。
矯正してからの方が、かなり体の疲れがなくなるのでお勧めです‼️

Are you having rpoblem with your back, feet or shoulder after a long day of shoppig or working? Try this new type of body alignment that I discovered in Metro Manila. The name is Ka-Ra-Da Factory, which originated in Japan and educating their staffs in their own training school. The studio has amultiple location in Makati and 1 at Mall of Asia.

The Karada Factory happened
to be next to my hotel and I woke up with a stiff neck and sore back after weightlifting the evening before, so I thought I give it a try. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful
and explained the concept and the various treatment options to me. I chose a one-hour combination for muscular balancing and spine realignment. I noticed the price of treatment for various options was almost twice as high for Japanese therapists vs. native Filipinos, and compared to the other high-end massage places in Makati, the prices were 3-4 times higher. I chose a Filipino Therapist. The place is extremely clean and pleasant, albeit small and somewhat cramped( it is a Japanese place after all!) and shorts and a top are provided as part of the service. My treatment began with intense acupressure therapy and my therapist found and pointed out the tight muscles in my back, neck and shoulder. The massage started somewhat painful as she worked on my joints and mussels but soon became pleasant as the tight knots began to melt away and my joints were "Aligned" She then began manipulating my spine and found a few crackling joints in my neck and expertly pushed my vertebrates around until all the cracklings along with most of the pain and stiffness disappeared. She then moved me to a unique contraption which I laid on, faced down. This table had several panels along its length and as she pushed different parts of my spine down, these panels would release and pop down slightly, allowing my spine to deflect in the same direction. This further aligned my spine and by now all of the pain and stiffness were gone. Next, they moved me back to the massage table and applied more intense acupressure to my shoulders, hips and feet and finally cleared that I was aligned and centered! I must admit, this was the best and most effective massage I have ever had. I went back there a second time and the treatment was actually lot less painful a the results even better. I f you don't mind to shell out over 1500Ph and looking for a quick relief for back and muscle aches- this is the place --

Karada is the best! love Ka-ra-da Japanese Therapy, You just treated my Fiancee into your best & right way, Thank You Dear God for bringing Ka-ra-da here in Philippines & a lot more. I’ll guarantee you guys, your testimonials are going to be positive as well. My fiancee had a severe back pain last January & just came back first week of March of this year, I’m really worried about him coz he can't really walk properly, that's was uneasy for him.So I really need to act immediately & I made Ka-ra-da Therapy as my surprise early birthday present for him. What about gratuity/tipping... is it encouraged? I know some procedures can be performed by 2 therapists, does one tip both? Like what is the standard gratuity for day a 45 min procedure?

Well, I use to give 50-100 PHP each therapist which depends on how good they are.
