Có lẽ như đây là một địa điểm mà chúng ta không thể bỏ quên hi đến Bacolod du lịch. Đây là một nét biểu tượng của thành phố này. Tôi đã đến đây tận những 3 lần. Lần đâu tiên là tôi được người hác dẫn đi, hai lần tiếp theo tôi làm tour guide cho các bạn khác.

I always bring my visitors to show off the new government center for that must have “I ❤️ Bacolod” pictorial against a majestic backdrop, which is the city hall of Bacolod. It has a beautiful fountain with a pool of colorful, eye-catching Kois. The surrounding plants are trimmed and grass area area is wide and clean most of time, hence, provides a great picnic area especially in the late afternoon and evening. It is actually a fun place to go for a walk, jog, zumba, exercise, or to enjoy the breeze, fly a kite, watch the sun set, stargaze, eat streetfood, open air massage from blind massage therapists, chat with friends, play with the kids or simply watch people smiling around you. Although it houses the seat of Bacolod’s local government, I love it that when the offices have closed, the outside is turned alive by fun activities reflective of the spirit of the City of Smiles.

夜の11時頃、建物前の芝生でピクニックをしたりスポーツをしたりしている人がいて驚きました。確かに噴水もあって涼しげです。屋外であまり落ち着ける場所の少ないバコロドで貴重な空間かもしれません。

The present City Hall of Bacolod City, Negros Occidental - Local Government Office of Bacolod City with a park fronting the said office in which local residents visit the park late afternoon or evening as a public friendly place in said locality.

The New Government Center was a sight to behold at night with the lights on, the fountain was a focal point and added to its beauty at night. What I really enjoyed was the massage service being offered by some differently abled folks at the NGC grounds. I went there almost every night during my visit to Bacolod and enjoyed the massage at a fraction of the price you get from spas, although it was open air and open space, but it was good! :)
