All delicacies & food products of each Cities & Municipalities of Negros Occidental could be bought & eaten on each booths during Panaad Festival on the Month of April every year, The Football Stadium of the province & other sports activities. A cool place for walking & jogging during morning, late afternoons & evenings too. The Home of the Philippine Army Reservists and Training Academy of the Amity Fire & Rescue Volunteer Unit of Bacolod City & same time of Negros Occidental, Philippines.

Beautiful stadium. Its the home of Ceres Negros FC. You can exercise every morning here. No entrance fee. You can feel the cool air from the eucalyptus trees around the stadium. Its also a park. Relaxing and quiet.

We went here because of the Panaad sa Negros event. We wanted to witness the event's activities. It was fun because Panaad Stadium had mini-houses which showcased their different municipalities/places :)

If you are new in Bacolod, and if you loved jogging, zumba or if you are into sports, you can visit Panaad Stadium located near RPHS subdivision between Mansilingan and Alijis. Panaad is a place where festivals in the province were held every month of April. If you are planning to visit Bacolod and looking for a place to go and witness all the festivities of Negros, it is recommended to go during month of April. Panaad sa Negros stadium is also a famous placed where CERES football or any tournament events. Panaad is really a way of revisiting cultures. All 13 cities and 19 towns gather at the park to showcase their respective festivals, products and produce, songs and dances, arts and crafts. It features various sports and cultural contests, trade fair and exhibits, concerts, garden shows, and local pageants. Currently, when I went from jogging, I was observed that it has a lot of sidewalk vendors selling street food with different variety for affordable prices. Move forward at your own pace and get yourself fruity treats afterwards especially the pineapples near Victorias booth. Good thing is there is no entrance fee and you will be able to take photos anywhere.

Visited the place during the Panaad Festival and visited each towns/cities to see what they offer and tastes their food products. We had a great time tasting the foods and interacting with the towns/cities representatives. I think this kind of events is helpful to promoting Negros Island economy :)

Panaad Park and Stadium is the ultimate home of Bacolod's Ceres Negros Football Club and it is one of the most well maintained stadiums in the country.

Pana-ad Stadium has had a history of hosting numerous football matches especially those of the AFC Cup. It is the unofficial home of the Ceres-Negros FC, one of the best football clubs in The Philippines. This spectacular stadium also boasts of the loudest and most supportive football fans in The Philippines. Love football? Watch your favorite matches at the Pana-ad Stadium, the undisputed football hotbed of Bacolod and Negros Occidental and probably The Philippines.

No restaurant but there are food stores
Walking or ride tour under forested area which kids will enjoy.
Nice for photo ops or to while time away by being familiar with what each city & municipality of Negros Occidental is about
When its off Panaad Festival, the buildings are closed but you can still walk, tour & take photos

Wanted to play football on the pitch with my son BUT was told it was not allowed. There was no notice at all. If this is for public use, why on hell that it's allowed, though we were having the right football kit for us to play??? Running tracks were gradually deteriorating but still good enough at the moment. A good number of people uses this facility depending on the timings and weather permitted. Hopefully, soon, recreational football games will be allowed. No politics envolve?
