Place is good and I am well accommodated by the sales person but the worst is the person incharge at the gift wrapping area.about 12noin yesterday Dec 13,2022 we waited for our turn for a gift wrapping.we sat at the side area to avoid the crowd coz it's Christmas rush.the person announcing the qué is not loud enough to be heard at the back area so in short we missed our number and after an hour of waiting they will just tell us that we need to get another number and wait again...if only they have a microphone so they can be heard at the back.very inconsiderate and unaccommodating.we didn't leave our post for an hour patiently waiting yet they never considered us for a small gift wrapping.... customer relation failed....ending up going home and wrapped the gift.

I had a really terrible experience at SM Bacolod. Never again. I'll shop somewhere else from now on!!!

The place is big enough to be disoriented to where your about. Good place to shop as well for all you needs; although, there is a south and north to visit for your necessities.

On my way to this mall, I saw a vendor selling Bacolod’s delicacy: the pianos or baked pastry with some delicious fillings.
They sell clothings, shoes, appliances, etc. There is a Food Court at the second floor and some more at the Ground Floor.
After about 15 minutes of looking for my correct exitI, I finally found it. Please note about these exits when shopping here.

정말 넓어서 길 잃어버릴 수있으니 주의. 1층에 유명 체인 식당. 패스트푸드. 카페 (맥도널드. 스타벅스. 챠우킹. 버거킹...) 놀이기구도 있고. 극장. 슈퍼마켓. H&M , 포에버21 있고. 다 있어서 편리해요.

The place is indeed loaded with good restaurants, eating places, and of course good stores to shop. The place is also very ideal for leisurely walk and exercise. I particularly had a good buying experience of some uniqlo t-shirts and a gadget from their cyber zone area. SM is really a place worth seeing and to do some shopping.

I walked around this mall today and it's ok. I only went on the right side where Starbucks is. I was happy to leave after I found a cheap place for a coffee as I don't really need anything.

バコロド滞在中、ほぼ毎日行きました。
新しい建物と古い建物の２棟あるので、目的のお店と反対側でタクシーを降りるとかなり歩かないといけないくらい広いです。
日本食レストランもあり、日本と変わらないくらいの値段で食事ができます。レストランやカフェ、フードコート、ファストフード店など、食事ができるお店がかなり多いので、食事には困りませんでした。
レストラン、スーパー、両替、お土産やさんなど、旅行中に必要なものは何でもそろうと思います。タクシーも毎回並ぶことなく乗ることができ、個人的にセブのSM Cityより買い物しやすかったです。
