Warm and friendly service from Mr Watiba Temjen. Food and drinks were well prepared and yummy . Thank you for the hospitality 💌

Amazing stay, staff were fantastic, Villa and pool wow, food was great. I could not fault our stay. From when we were picked up to when we were dropped off, the staff could not do enough for you. Staff were well organised by Rajen Darnal, who was in charge of the restaurant. The rooms were so clean and had all the mode cons you needed. We could have done so much here with many activities available, but with our own private pool and all villas facing the sunset, we just wanted a quiet time to relax. 5 star plus

Amazing hidden gem in the desert. Beautiful luxury tents with private pools, also a main pool next to the restaurant. Restaurant is great as well with delicious fold and super nice staff (Wati was super friendly with us). Before meal they offered zamzam water from Saudi Arabia. At dinner time they put on screen the movie: Lawrence of Arabia. You could also do stargazing, as there isn’t much light pollution. Would definitely recommend as a hidden getaway for a weekend. I will be back for sure.

Located amidst the desert's vastness, The Outpost offered us a tranquil staycation. The restaurant manager, Rajev, whose attention to detail and dedication to customer service were truly commendable. Pradeep, Osama, and Watiba at the restaurant provided us with exceptional service, always with a smile and a willingness to cater to our needs.The cozy accommodations and stunning desert views created a relaxing retreat. Our experience at The Outpost was truly delightful, and we look forward to returning for another tranquil getaway.

Great service across the hotel. Stayed during thr beginning of laylat. The suhoor options were great and the environment was relaxing. I appreciate Shibool and Usama for the service with my room and helping me throughout the hotel. Everything was clean and easy to organize. Thank you.

We came during Ramadan - very quiet and peaceful (I understand they were fully booked for Eid however). Lovely staff, especially those in the restaurant, Waladi couldn't do enough for us. Villa had everything you would need and nice coffee making/fridge for during the day. Everything air conditioned even main pool toilets. Our driver on the way home even did some child friendly dune bashing (at the kids request) which was great fun. Would most definitely come again!

The views were amazing, we clicked so many pictures, The staff was very helpful and polite catering to all our needs and fulfilling our expectations. The food was awesome, and the rooms were very clean. Special Thanks to Miss Kawtar & Mr. shaan for giving us a detailed overview of the resort and its permitted list of activities. Would like to recommend you all to have a visit and to explore this beautiful resort.

We arrived in the early hours of the morning after being rescued by hotel - when our airport transport (not hotel vehicle) got banked in the sand. So when we finally reached our villa - we were too tired to examine Villa and view.
When we awoke we were expecting a nice view of the dunes but to our disappointment we had a large gate and small seated area. So my husband asked about an upgrade and was shown a villa suite with pool at extra cost. We decided to move to the Villa suite which was beautifully laid out.
We missed breakfast so we had lunch instead. Given lunch menu via code - no physical menu. I requested the mixed platter only to be told - it was only served after 7pm (nothing stated on menu) - so I went for the fish which had not been pin-boned so kept getting mouthful of different size bones - my husband had the risotto which was overcooked moulded lump on the plate
In the afternoon we went Dune Bashing in a 4x4 with an experienced driver Arif - who gave us a thrill packed drive across the dunes. As we were on the dunes we saw loads of
Dune buggies - thinking they look like great fun.
At Dinner I asked for the mixed platter again but to be told it was not available and to be advised that big part of menu not available. I went for the traditional lamb chops which were delicious - would recommend. My husband had the steak with mushroom sauce (which was more of a soup than sauce as it had no body)
The hotel has a lot of foot traffic using the outdoor area of restaurant as a coffee shop before they hit the dunes in their buggies. We had a constant draft as these coffee drinkers kept walking in and out through the main restaurant area.
On the return to our Villa our peace was disrupted by the sound of the buggies bashing the dunes - we had buggies driving over the dunes 'til 3am - revving engines at the back of the tented Villa (restarting again at 7am). When we rung and complained - we were advised that the hotel could not do anything as they were outside owned buggies. And if it was not the buggies - then it was another villa having a party until 4am. In the morning we complained to management who kindly waiver the Villa upgrade charge.
Housekeeping was hit and miss - our room was not cleaned for two day; until we requested.
When we first complained about the noise - we advised it’s not a regular occurrence but when we saw one of the managers a day later he stated he would never stay on that side of the resort due to noise. When we requested upgrade, they should have informed us that there could be a good chance of noise.
Dinner on our last night - we could not sit outside or inside as all the tables reserved for big group coming for dinner only. They said we could sit in the smoking room which we declined. So they set up a lone table inside the main dining room - making us feel like an afterthought. My husband thought we would try for the mixed platter again - you never know third time lucky - only to told something completely different - they only do mixed platter at the weekend - but the chef said he would do on this one occasion. My husband and I were confused as it was Saturday.
So if you are looking for peace and quiet - away from the hustle and bustle of the city - then I would not recommend - during our three night stay we were extremely sleep deprived.
The big question is - would I return and sadly I would have to say No.

Hi I’m Amita and I went for a staycation with my husband to Outpost resort and it was just amazing with Sand and green views plus the peacefulness was very soothing…. And I’m vegetarian 🤓 so the chef really helped me with my kind of food and I was served well.
I want to give my special regards and thanks to - Kawtar, Shaan Ali, Osama , Satiesh, Pradeep, Ali, Rajen manager Sir… who took great care of us….
And we would definitely will visit again with our friends and families plus it’s highly recommended for the people who are reading it.🌹
