We had everything well planned and reserved for your St Petersburg private shore excursion - so unfortunate that due to virus circumstances you had to cancel your trip. In fact - all tours with us this summer got canceled. And of course we made all refunds where needed. Reputation is probably the most valuable asset in our industry - and we need to sustain it. This crisis is a real challenge for travel business all over the world. But we are optimists! I really hope that things will eventually get better. We do understand that people may not feel very confident when booking this logistically complicated tour away from their cruise so we do care about their feedback after it's done.
