札幌市内で夜景を見ることができるには藻岩山ロープウェイ、大倉山ジャンプ競技場があります。この2ヶ所は札幌駅からやや離れていますがJRタワー展望室は札幌駅のステラプレイスの上にあります。アクセス良好です。展望室には窓際に椅子とテーブルが置かれていたりカフェもあり夜景を見ながら過ごすことができます。誕生日は入場料無料です。

This is worth every penny for the view. It is beautiful. You can see fir miles. If you can go both during the day and night.

JR타워 T38 전망대에서 삿포로의 설경을 전체뷰로 꼼꼼히 둘러보고 세계적인 겨울도시와 잘 어울리게 갖추고 삿포로 지역과 겨울 특색도 잘 나타났네요.

Good for a view of the town and a bit of history. It was snowing a bit so we thought we'd have a look. Worth it.

We didn't expect much because it was raining and the building is not that tall.
But prove me wrong, we enjoyed our time very much.
There are plenty of place to sit and enjoy the scenery.
The food and drink are sold in reasonable price and taste good too!
I especially love the tea that taste more flavorful than whatever tea you get in a restaurant in Japan.

新日本三大夜景に選ばれる札幌、その観覧スポットは藻岩山か大倉山が有名ですが、ちょっと市街地から離れていますし、並びますから、時間を要します。ここはそんなに並びませんし、市街地にありますし、屋内なので、特に冬はオススメです。カフェも22時まで営業していたと思いますが、ちょっとしたアルコールもあります。年間パスポートが5000円で販売されていました。

高い所から札幌の夜景を見たくて、日没後に行きました。ＪＲタワーイーストの6階から、エレベーターを乗り換えて、38階へ。シニアは640円。札幌市で一番高い建物で、高さ180ｍ。東西南北の眺めを楽しみました。

The 1st location we visited since its just walking distance from our hotel (resol trinity hotel) and we really love the sight of sapporo city, covered by snow on february 2020. We heard the sight are also amazing at night but since were planned to visit mt, moiwa so we would go for night scenery at moiwa instead.

夜景を見ながら写真を撮っていました。周囲はオフィス街でもあることから夜景を見るのであれば平日に行ったほうが良かったかもしれません。

You can ask at the booking desk. Tours normally don’t offer a senior discount. And I’m one two. Tom

You might have to ask at the counter but don't worry, it won't be crowded and the staff are friendly.

Is the ticket to the observation deck per entry or day ticket? Which is better - Sapporo TV tower or JR Tower?

My understanding is the ticket is per entry. In my personal opinion, JR Tower is definitely better than Sapporo TV tower!
