Five minutes away is bengal cat cafe and owl forest, you can see the owls there.
We went around the block about 10 times looking for it. Even asked directions twice.
There is a hedgehog cafe a few minutes from here also, but you need to book online the day before. It’s called Toms Hedgie Cafe.
Hope this post saves you a fruitless trip!

Easy to access and it’s really interesting to have close contact with the owls. Although it’s seem very uneasy to see the owls are kept in a room but I think they are well kept under their care.

口コミ評価が高く、京都観光もやりつくした私は、まだ未経験のフクロウのみせに興味を持ち出かけました。事前予約でワンドリンク付きで1時間1500円。場所がわかりにくく京都在住の娘に連れて行ってもらいましたが、大幅遅刻。それでも快く接客していただきました。最初にフクロウの触り方なとDVDを見て、その後、実際に手や肩や頭にフクロウを載せることができました。おとなしいフクロウでかわいい目に癒されました。スタッフさんも素敵な人達ばかりで感謝です。猫カフェよりもよかったと娘が言い、2人とも大満足でした。

The magical look in my children's eyes and their huge smiles was priceless when they were holding the owls at the Owl Family café.
We spent 40 minutes holding several different types of owls and interacting with them at this small little nook tucked into the shopping arcade.
The cost was reasonable - about $13 per person for a twenty minute session. We were all so enchanted that we ended up spending 40 minutes instead. For an extra charge you can feed the owls too.
This was indeed a unique Japan travel experience as I've never seen Owl cafes in the United States.

My daughter loves owls and we went to this shop to be able to touch and see owls close up. They have about 20 owls on a rotating schedule that you can interact with. They place the owls on your shoulder, your arms and they show you how you can gently touch them. It's an amazing and fun experience. The owls can poop on you, so be careful!

フクロウとのふれあいを純粋に楽しめるお店です。
店員さん達も皆さんフクロウを愛してるのが伝わってきて、居心地の良いお店です。
毎回５０分の入れ替え制ですので、行く時間にご注意下さい。

本物のフクロウと触れ合える人気のお店です。ほかの都市ではカフェになっていますが、ここは純粋に触れあうだけです。時間は50分制で、毎時ちょうどからスタートとなるので気を付けてください。12：30などに行くと30分待つことになります。中に入るとほんとに本物のフクロウがいて、実際に手や肩、頭などに乗せることができるのは7羽ほど。手の甲でナデナデしたりすることもできます。ほかではまず体験できない貴重な経験ができます。スタッフの方もすごくフレンドリーで、すすんでフクロウを乗せてくれたり、特徴などを説明してくれてとてもうれしかったです
