My name is Ryuhei Yamaguchi.
“A Bite of Borneo Walking and Biking Small Group Food Tour of Kuching”

This morning (Feb 21, 2020), I have reserved to join above half-day tour last month.
I waited for tour ban bus at indicated place, i.e. Wayang St. near one temple, and meeting time am 9:00. I reached in this meeting place before 7 minutes before am 9:00. But, I could not find tour ban bus. It was rainy.
Sure, one ban bus through this Wayang street about 9:00 am and it turned left road in front of temple with driver watching me.

My reservation reference is Booking ref: BR-76934670,
Tour operator: Urban Adventures Malaysia.
Tour company product code: MUKA, and tour optional code: MKUA-1543.
Tour company confirm number: 657005.
I have already paid tour cost ¥4,950 in my credit card.

This mismatching responsibility need to take your tour company. At least, I reached in meeting place before 9:00 am. So, would you refund tour cost to my credit card.

I would like to get your response as soon as possible.

Now, I send this email from notebook computer. From my mobile phone, it is difficult for me to reply against your response.
Please consider about this mismatching.

‪Great way to experience Malaysian food‬

‪Fun way to explore the city and try new foods. Thanks to Jeffrey, our local guide, for taking us to some neat places we would never have found ourselves. Worth doing this tour at the start of your trip.‬

‪Good eats and good company!‬

‪I was lucky to have a solo tour with Jeffrey (apparently Mondays aren't as heavily trafficked). As a food tour guide in Shanghai, I naturally have high expectations for the tour.

Jeffrey was personable and easy to get a long with - a local and musician with a lot of interesting stories that allows you to really ground yourself in the city. The food was fantastic - the beverages, too! The spots we ate at were places I never would have found myself, through beautiful parts of the city. I was also impressed with the food knowledge and history I was given - contextualizing the food within the local culture and history is amazing.

Overall, this is a must in KL - highly recommend!‬

‪Excellent insight into Penang's foodie culture‬

‪We were delighted to find that we were the only two people booked on the trip when we met up with our lovely guide Poh. Along the way Poh gave us loads of interesting information about Penang's culture, history and street art. The tour took us to various different locations including local coffee shops, street markets, the wet market, a bakery and Malaysian and Indian style restaurants which were all fantastic. Poh sought our feedback on the dishes and quality and explained that she is continually quality testing out the stops to ensure that they are offering the best examples of Penang's classic dishes. After the tour ended, Poh also took us down to the coffee and chocolate museum after my partner expressed interest in buying some lollies for his kids - this was great and we appreciated Poh taking us there and even showing us around the shop. We did this tour from a cruise ship and it was an easy walk for us from the ship to the meeting point with plenty of time to spare after the tour to have a look around Penang on our own. Highly recommend this for people with limited time in Penang and who are less familiar with the local foods on offer.‬

‪Amazing way to see KL‬

‪I loved this tour! Jeff was a great guide, full of humour and great stories about KL. We had a lot of food but it wasn't too much, and Jeff managed to cater to a couple of different dietary requirements. It was just a great way to see some different parts of KL. I would definitely recommend this tour.‬

‪Don't have breakfast before this great tour!‬

‪We really enjoyed this tour and recommend it to anyone coming to KL. Jeff was an excellent guide, full of information and humour. He gave us a real authentic local food experience and took us to small family run food stalls on the roadside and up back alley ways that we would never have had the confidence to try if we had been on our own. The food was home cooked, fresh, interesting and (mostly!) delicious. Jeff told us about the history of the areas we visited and the fusion of Indian, Malaysian and Chinese influences that created the food we ate. The tour was leisurely with frequent stops and Jeff made sure we all kept hydrated with bottled water. This is not a gastro foodies up market tour but the real thing. Five stars.‬

‪The best way to start the visit of KL‬

‪Took the KL Food Experience with Jeff as a guide. Wonderful tour - the food was great and so was Jeff! This is a perfect start to your stay in KL. Variety of food from different cultures and interested stories. Absolutely worth the price - delicious inclusions and a guide who gives you a feel of being taken on a walk with a friend ‬

‪Jeff was an amazing tour guide on our journey through the Kuala Lumpur culinary experience. He really knew the city well and was especially knowledgeable about the local food vendors. It is clear he has cultivated and maintained relationships at the various food stops and within the KL community. Jeff was a true ambassador for the city and it's food culture. We would highly recommended this tour to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. It's a great way to get to know the city before you venture out on your own. Money well spent! 😁😁‬

‪Excelente!‬

‪Fuimos con mi familia, grupo de 7 desde un niño de 7 años hasta mi padre de 77. Todos lo pasaron muy bien, probamos comida muy rica y por lo mismo ibamos parando seguido lo que le daba a todos momentos para descansar. Nuestro guía, Jeff, muy simpático y muy dispuesto a responder preguntas. Recorrimos Little India y terminamos en Chinatown. Hicimos alrededor de 5 paradas a probar street food realmente rica. Lo recomiendo! ‬
