We did the terraform room. First off I have to say that I am not a fan of the character powers. Each player has to choose a power, but the 'light bender' (basically a torch) is compulsory. This is frustrating because it makes it harder to work on different puzzles at the same time. Although the very linear nature of this escape room means that is not necessarily an issue. A lot of the time we found that one person could work on the puzzle and the other had to stand around with nothing to do. They should provide torches as standard to every player since you need them to complete the room.
The puzzles themselves were all quite similar, and once the number you figure out is used for more than one lock. Also the keyboard did not work very well at all.
However, the main problem for us was the staff. They were rude, especially the lady at the front desk. When we were leaving told us that we had to fill in a 'compulsory' feedback form. Nothing should be compulsory for a customer, obviously following the rules and a service provider can refuse to serve customers. The way we were told that all customers have to fill in this form felt us feeling annoyed and we left knowing we will never be back to Breakout. Which is a shame as we both have done many escape rooms around the world which we have thoroughly enjoyed.

We did the terraform escape room and found it very challenging but fun. This escape room has a 20% success rate and some tasks are easier than others to complete. Only issue was that a door opened for us before it was meant to but that didn’t really affect our ability to complete the challenges.

Good SOP friendly way of getting out with your buddies. Challenging, makes your brain work. Loads of laughter as you figure out the crazy ideas that come out from your teams. Appreciate the customer service and the Game Master who led us. Worth the shot for another room in future.

this game is really challenging and mind-blowing. you just get caught drowning by the exciting game. not gonna lie, i’ll go there again!

Below my expectations & feels cheap. The problem to be solve is hard, but not entertaining. Please upgrade the entertainment value for the game

it was fantastic and outstanding. The puzzle is really tricky. Even have tried one of these type of game, but in Breakout is totally different and fun

it was really a fun and entertaining game for friends and family. I get to spend some quality time in breakout. but we had to really use our brain :)

The child may need the parents to accompany and of course solve the puzzle.. you definitely need time and logic sense to solve em’. They child might enjoy the journey but may not understand the game. You can always choose the less challenging ones if you are bringing ur 6 yr old.

Hi, the price can be found at our website depending on the number of players.. There is student price however it only applies to Malaysia student who can present a valid student ID.

the price is set according to number of pax in your group. there were 4 of us and it was RM169.90 for 4. The price per pax goes down as the group goes larger. I think it starts with RM50 per person for a group of 2 (min).
May I know What's the entry fees for children? age 6 and 5.
