‪Expensive - but worth the treat‬

‪The Swasana Spa features in several lists of the top spas in KL, and you can find details of the treatments they offer on the Impiana Hotel website. Easily accessible within KLCC, and from the Pavilion-KLCC walkway, this spa is a real treat for the senses. I had a Cinnamon Package, which cost RM580 and included an hour long massage and an hour long facial. After a long flight, it really helped to ease tired muscles and restore equilibrium. The staff are friendly and professional and I would highly recommend a visit.‬

‪다 좋은데 가격이 너무 비싸다. 프라이빗한 룸에서 최상의 서비스를 제공받지만, 마사지 자체에 있어서는 과연 최상인가에 대한 의문이 좀 든다. 그래도 한 번쯤은 가볼만 하다고 생각함!!‬

‪We had a fantastic experience at Swasana Spa. We took Asmara Dana Package for 2 hours consist of massage, scrub and milk and rose jacuzzi. The staff are very professional and friendly, the treatments are the very best. We hope to come back some day :)‬

‪Nachdem ich dort erst Eye Treatment, Massage und Acupressure gebucht hatte, war ich so begeistert, dass ich am nächsten Tag nun eine fünfstündige Anwendung gebucht habe!
Ich kann es nur empfehlen, alle sind sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich, fokussiert und das ist mit Abstand das beste Erlebnis auf meiner Reise nach Malaysia 😍‬

‪L'obbligo di un relax‬

‪Appena arrivati in hotel abbiamo visitato la spa, qui ci spiegano i vari tipi di trattamenti che si possono avere, ed i numerosi tipi di massaggi. Abbiamo prenotato un massaggio di 90 minuti subito dopo l'ora del tè.
Prima di iniziare ci fanno compilare un questionario sul tipo di massaggio, eventuali allergie e patologie.
Ci fanno accomodare nella saletta massaggi molto bella e dotata di vari conforto, luci soffuse, lettini, vasca bagno, doccia e wc.
Io ho scelto un massaggio hard con olio molto ben fatto. La massaggiatrice ha insistito sui punti critici da me indicati nel questionario.
Molto soddisfatto del trattamento.
Personale efficiente e cordiale ed ambiente molto suggestivo e rilassante.

‪I was greeted by a wonderful host Lisa was showing to my room by a beautiful lady who came made me feel comfortable because I was a bit nervous her name was Airin there was also another lady who gave my other friend a good massage as well and her name was Fon.As you walk in the entrance way you are greeted by this beautiful sculpture.‬

‪The spa was really beautiful and the staff pleasant. My therapist was really good at what she does. Whilst the spa is on the pricier side for KL, its worthwhile for what you get.‬

‪The spa was even prettier than the pictures. Very nice staff and overall relaxing experience- I had one of the package treatments and it was very much worth the money.‬

‪Loved the massage!‬

‪One of my best massages so far. Front desk Novi called to remind me of the massage in advance and the masseuse, Meditha was obviously skilled and very professional. From the tamarind drink, the foot soak, the massage and ginger tea later, it was just perfect. A place worth revisiting, for sure.‬
