What a museum what a great experience💖
We enjoy both the modern exhibition of archaeologicsl artifacts and also photography exhibition downstairs. The museum shop and the museum cafe with a view were also very nice. While we were thinking about what to do in the evening, we bought tickets to a beautiful classical music concert and suddenly we found ourselves at the concert. The employees are also very polite. Such a great museum for Turkiye

Koleksiyonu, çalışanları ve havasıyla harika bir müze. Ben cafesine de her gidişimde gidiyorum. Lezzetli ve güzel bir menüye sahip. Müzenin en alt katı geçici sergi alanı ve çeşitli faaliyetler için de kullanılıyor. Gittiğinizde mutlaka alt kata da bir göz atın.

Classic museum with old things from ancient times. Well preserved artifacts. English translation on everything.
Was also a curated installation in the cellar with contemporary art, not sure if that was just now when we visited or a common thing.

I’m so happy to discover Erimtan museum!
This private archaeological collection of Yüksel Erimtan contains unique pieces presented with references to lifestyle stories from ancient books. Such presentation helps your imagination to build pictures of ancient lifestyle and find similarities with present. Fresco’s replica with digitally enhanced moving objects was very impressive and surprising. Just stay there and keep your eyes at digital parts of fresco for a couple of minutes. Also, sound-shower with the letter from mother to her son from Fayum period is heart-warming. Elegant glass jars, jewellery, coins, objects of personal care are impressive as well. The museum also has gallery of contemporary art, café with terrace and gift shop with designers’ products inspired by museum’s collection. Worth to explore them all!

Ankara kalesi,saat kulesi,girişin önünde,R.Koç müzesine komşu bir özel müze.R.Koç gibi müzekart yok,20 tl.Gerçek bir arkeoloji müzesi.Bu antika eserleri devlet temin edebiliyor.Özel bir şirketin toplamış olması ilginç.Genelde küçük eserler mevcut.Güzel,temiz ve ilginç.GÖR veriyorum.

A good way to spend a short time despite not knowing anything about Turkish artists. Plenty of seats to sit on whilst looking at the collections. All information in Turkish only. Muzee Kart gives free entry

Erimtan Müzesi özel bir müzedir müze kart geçerli değildir küçük bir müze olmasına rağmen içinde önemli ve özel eserler vardir. Kafesinde çay ve kahve içip Ankara manzarasını izleyebilirsiniz
