‪واحد من أفضل الأشياء التى يمكنك القيام بها مجانا فى أيكين، في رأيي. هناك الكثير من جميلة مظللة بأشجار وممرات التنزه سيرًا على الأقدام. إذا كنت تريد الذهاب إلى داخل الدمية، إنه يفتح فقط يوم الأحد من 2 - 5 مساءا (التي لم يكن مساعدتنا يوم الاثنين). لم يكن لدينا أي مشاكل مع البعوض. على كل، مكان رائع القيام بجولة على الأقدام، الذي تديره عائلة على الهواة، أو الصور.‬

‪Free to enjoy and absolutely stunning! My only complaint is the doll house wasn't open when I visited, and that would really be really interesting to visit. Such lovely gardens, a true gem in the city!‬

‪Wonderful volunteers at the history museum
Recommended we visit Hopeland Gardens. Amazing place. Gorgeous walking paths. Horse history museum. Labyrinth to walk to settle your soul and uplift your spirit. Trees and gardens are fabulous. Water runs through the gardens. Planning to go back when there is a performance in the outdoor theater.‬

‪I have been visiting Aiken for 47 years.
I never considered visiting these lovely gardens. I was overwhelmed at the peaceful feeling flowing from the huge canopy of giant live oaks. July is not the Camelia time, but regardless, the huge variety of trees and shrubs is amazing. Many of the trees lining the brick pathways are identified by placards..with audio info available by calling a number. Most interesting was the stables with statues of famous horses and often more famous owners.
Even one very fast white male has its story told. One disappointment was the carriage museum being closed.
And the garden is free admission.‬

‪Good choice for a short walk if you are in Aiken‬

‪We used to come here many years ago and stopped by when passing through recently. It is exactly as it was. A nice place to take a walk and enjoy the plants. Worth a stop if you are in Aiken.‬

‪These gardens, along with Hitchcock woods, are a must see when you are in Aiken. Really beautifully maintained gardens with ponds, walking paths, water features, wonderful plants, and great places to sit and have a picnic or just chill and take a few moments to reflect on things. If you have the time, visit the Aiken thoroughbred racing Hall of Fame and Museum while there. Very close to downtown and ample parking.‬

‪It’s a little early for blooms but the oaks are gorgeous. Nicely landscaped but fountains, etc. were off. I wouldn’t go out of my way to see this but for a nice walk outdoors it’s worth a visit. ‬

‪ This beautiful garden is nice year-round. Christmas is my favorite time to visit. Springtime is even better, though, since most of the trees and flowers are in bloom. This is a no-miss place to visit if you come to Aiken or live here, like me. You will come back, again, for the escape from the stresses and messes life sometimes hands us. It even helps escape pandemics. ‬

‪There is plenty of shaded trails for walking. Enjoy the flowering plants as the seasons change. There are benches to sit quietly or read. No fee.
