This is my favorite concert venue in Texas. It’s a small venue and every seat is great. We’ve seen Peter White at OneWorld 3 times as well as other smooth jazz artists, and each time was a pleasure. The sound is good and many artists allow pictures and sign cd’s between performances. There is an option to have dinner and drinks before the show as well.
If you can, stay at Barton Creek Resort, which is right around the corner from OWT. The spa is amazing and gold is good as well.

They won’t answer calls they won’t forward to working numbers. They either owe tickets or refunds but they won’t pick up or address issues. This has become a joke of a business. Don’t do anything on line or phone you won’t have any contact even if they move shows or cancel them. Once they have your money they don’t care about the customer

Same negative post as ones from 2020.
Strunz & Farah set for Thurs, Jan 14, 2021 was rescheduled for Dec 2, 2021.
Now the concert is not listed on their calendar or upcoming events list.
Have called over 2 dozen times over the course of 3 week.
Have left a vm each time.
Have sent 2 dozen emails.
NO REPLY BACK!
Seems like they are going to scam us and take our money with no refund.
Have attended many concerts in the past but will NEVER frequent this establishment again.
(Note: I set the "When did I go" to Dec 2020 due to not being able to set it to the future Dec 2nd 2021 date)

I have been trying to get a refund for the Peter White Christmas show of Nov 2020 for more than a year. I responded to the initial email a full refund was my choice and yet here we are more than one year later 12 emails numerous phone calls and messages and still no refund. How disappointing since my husband and I attended the venue at least 10 -12 time s year so to have One World not reply and yet send emails with upcoming show listings is wrong. I have decided, we will never purchase tickets again. .

No reply to repeated phone calls and emails for a refund on a rescheduled concert. They say they are closed due to Covid but are selling tickets for February and beyond. I can't deal with a rescheduling for 2022! I want the money back.

One world theater customer service has refused to honor their refund policy. They sent me an email on October 20 with instructions and options for a refund for the Victor Wooten concert. I have called a 12 times, left messages. I have sent 6x emails asking for any type of response. Nothing. I guess they intend to ignore me in order to keep my money. OWT- if you want to correct this then reply back with a number or email that you actually answer. Otherwise, here’s comes the negative reviews blast..everywhere.

We found a famous, Grammy-winning bassist who was performing there so we got tickets for just the music show. Good thing we did not do the "dinner theater" option...it looked lame. The dinner was served in the downstairs room which was just a very large open room with zero ambiance. Looks like not many folks opted for the dinner...only two tables at the end of this large room were being served. The rest of the folks were just getting a cocktail and standing around waiting for the show (not much seating other than those two dinner tables...it was an odd set up). But the upstairs performance space is nice (not the most comfortable seats, tho). Overall, it is a quaint place to take in a show, but I would not recommend it for dinner.

Great musical acts in a scenic, intimate setting.
Come early for drinks. (You can bring them to your seat.) Think twice about dinner -- it can go wrong in so many ways. Our entrée arrived 5 minutes before show time.

Wow, this place, a formerly nice venue, has become a horrible place due to rude, incompetent staff. This place won’t last much longer unless there are major changes in how the poorly-trained, indifferent staff treats customers. I recommend avoiding One World Theater.

Not a bad seat in this very small house, but we enjoyed stage center in the second row. Great acoustics, friendly folks, and a 90 minute set with a Woodstock legend. Great times!

we are coming from Canada to see Petula Clark perform in December. We will be staying in downtown Austin and will not have a car. What is the best idea for transportation to and from the venue? Thanks.

Parking is not great at One World anyway, so even if you have a rental it is worth taking Uber to and from the concert. My girlfriend and I drove into Austin from Dallas but Uber over to the concert at One World and it was definitely worth doing that.
