Super enthousiaste tourguide! Hij weet enorm veel van Brazilië en Rio de Janeiro. Het was perfect om met deze excursie ons bezoek in Rio te starten, zodat je daarna een beetje de weg weet en de leuke plekjes kunt bezoeken waar de gids je over vertelt. De fietsen waren groot genoeg voor lange Europeanen en er zijn veel fietspaden, waardoor het veilig is om te fietsen in de drukke binnenstad.

Personnel is pretty professional and kind. Bikes are in a very smooth state. An excellent experience.

We booked and paid for the tour, after texting and calling I received a text saying no longer running the tour. Disappointing

Would highly recommend this city bicycle tour! Bruno told a lot about Rio and the history. He is super friendly and nice to listen to all his story’s. And his English is really good! Furthermore it is a really good way to get to know the city, beaches and different area’s. Thanks a lot Bruno!

Cancelaram por e-mail um dia antes e, mesmo em contato com o guia, ele sequer respondeu. A Trip afirmou que terei reembolso integral. Mas se vc tem poucos dias no Rio é bem possível que seu planejamento não ocorra. Não indico.

Não entendemos o review, o tour foi cancelado com mais de 36 horas antes de acontecer, seguindo todas as diretrizes. A cliente recebeu um e mail informando o ocorrido.

This was a great way to start my Rio vacation. Not very taxing and I got to see the important parts of the coastline and downtown and the route was very scenic. Bruno the guide was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to make sure the trip went smoothly more than one occasion. He tailored the trip to my interest history of which he is very knowledgeable. Also he took special care to tell which route he will take and any things to keep in mind. The sit out with coconut water in between was heavenly. Plus he is a great photographer and took some professional level pictures from him phone. All in all a must do.

The tour was confirmed and payment was made several weeks in advance.
We waited at the meeting point for over 40 minutes but the tour organizer never showed up. We tried to call them and write texts on whatsapp but got no replies. The owner of the whatsapp account blocked us after several attempts to call them.
This company is not running anymore, at best. Or it is a fraud. We can't tell.
However, Viator was quick to reply when we reported the issue and provided a complete refund.
Do yourselves a favour and do not book with this organizer as it will just waste your time.

What an amazing tour and an absolutely fantastic Tour Guide!
Bruno is knowledgeable, friendly and the most outgoing tour guide I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. My wife booked the tour for my birthday treat as we are avid cyclists, Bruno picked us up from our hotel and took us to Christ the Redeemer before the crowds and mapped out the history of all the areas in view. I have never learnt so much from one man, Bruno knows every inch of history from Rio, Brazil and Football. From Corcovado we sauntered down the mountain stopping periodically to take in the breathtaking views. Once we got to the foot we then meandered through the urban jungle passing Monkeys and Toucans to the biggest waterfall in Rio.
I would recommend Bruno for anyone who values a tour guide who will go the extra step to ensure you have enjoyed yourself. It is a comfortable cycle with mostly declines so it is suitable for those who haven't been on two wheels for a while. If you like your history then Bruno is your man, he is very well educated and concise in his descriptions.
Furthermore, not only did he give us a fantastic day out, he even followed up with recommendations for good books on Brazil's history, his favourite brazillian films and even recommended us to go to a venue on the Friday night which gave us the most vibrant night out in Brazil.
Excellent tour, excellent guide, excellent memories.

Tour was cancelled without any contact with us. We are stuck looking for other options. Called the contact number over 5 times but all calls went straight to the voicemail. Very unorganized and unprofessional.

Te hago una consulta, reservaste el tours en bicicleta cuando estuviste en rio? o lo hiciste con mucho tiempo de anticipación? ademas quisiera saber cuanto te costo(En Reales) el tours como para poder darnos una idea de cuanto nos va a salir.
