Great family place - the best service we got in Borovetz, very honest people, very helpfull.
Instructor was very proffessional and dedicated.
Prices are reasonable.

We hired our equipment from this family run business and we’re very happy with the friendly stuff, fast service and excellent equipment quality. It wasn’t a problem when my son decided to change from snowboard to skis. We had our boots dried for the next day. We got help when taking out the boots and we were all taking good care of. The owners gave us also good tips about the slopes. We will definitely get Snow Masters’ service again when we return!

Não gostamos da experiência da aula em grupo. Estávamos em um grupo de 10 pessoas com 01 professor. A aula era muito parada, todos em fila e um por vez executando o fundamento pedido. A aula teve duração de 4 horas, mas tivemos a impressão de que nos movimentamos por 20 minutos, no máximo. Ao final, estávamos muito doloridos e cansados de tanto tempo parados em pé, sem aproveitar nada. No segundo dia fizemos 1 hora de aula particular (era quase o mesmo preço das 4 horas em grupo) e tivemos uma experiência muito boa. Valeu muito a pena, pois ficamos o tempo todo esquiando e recebendo dicas. Achamos que a aula em grupo não valeu a pena e a aula particular foi muito legal. O aluguel dos equipamentos foi ótimo e eles também têm roupas para aluguel, o que é um grande diferencial para quem não esquia com frequência. O staff todo foi muito simpático e atencioso. Muito obrigada pela experiência!

We found this hire shop on trip advisor, and so glad we did, very good prices and the service was excellent!!
We hired boots, skis and a helmet and it was cheaper than all the other shops around the Rila area. The boots were warmed and fitted every day, the staff were very nice and friendly!
Would highly recommend

These guys are the absolute best in Borovets. Their equipment is top quality and their lessons are excellent. They tailor their way of teaching to the individual and are absolutely passionate about the customer getting the best out of their lessons and being safe is paramount. I cannot rate them highly enough and they are lovely people too.

Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. They are all so friendly the booking process was really easy and they kept our skis at the end of each day. When we had sore feet they changed our boots and just wanted us to be happy and comfortable. The ski instructor we had was brilliant and got our three boys doing red runs within their first three days skiing. Would definitely recommend.

Great place and organisation. Friendly, warm, so helpul with putting boots on and taking off after ski lessons. Beginners lessons with Panko who was wonderful - so encouraging and patient. Always a smile on the face staff we met. Great price too for entire package.

Ski hire - we had really great skis. They were very helpful before our trip via email.
All the staff were very friendly and helped with our boots each day. The equipment was all excellent and at very reasonable prices. Plus an ideal location between slopes and the gondola

This is our second time in Borovets but our first with snow masters. From the second we stepped in the door we greeted by friendly staff and there was a real warmth about it. The staff go over an above to ensure you have the perfect fitting gear for your comfort and needs.
The guys in the equipment store are amazing they help you on and off with your boots each day.
We attended ski school also where your are put into groups on the first day but during the first day they moved people around groups to suit everyone’s needs and abilities which was great for everyone ensuring they got the most out of their trip as other ski schools do not do this.
We were in the intermediate group with Penko as our ski instructor who was very patient and always strived to help us learn and progress and ensured we had fun at the same time.
We have booked again for next year and have requested to return to Snow Masters for both equipment hire and ski school.
I purchased a lovely handmade Christmas decoration in Snow Masters that turned out to be made by one of the staff and his Wife which made all the more special.

Firstly this should be the only ski hire shop you should go to in borovets? I have been skiing for over 15 years in Italy, france, and Austria and have never experienced a service and hospitality like this ever !!!!!!! 1st day when we arrived all skis where set for all your requirements height , weight , size etc all attention to detail. Each morning when we arrive we where greeted by all the snow masters team all really friendly and helpful, they got are ski boots made you sit down and put on your boots and fastened them to your requirements? Absolutely fantastic, at the end of the ski day, when you returned the same service, which was absolutely outstanding as everyone loves to get the boots off ? They even offered us an apertife lovely gesture? So if you want the 5 star or Rolls Royce service this is the only place you will get it ??? So please come and experience it for yourself?? Thank you team snow masters???

Hi vascil, hope you’re well. it’s mike. I’m friends with Martin Penchev and Pete. You’ve mended my gnu many times and I’ve taken you’re advise and I now ride a lib! I have a 3 yr old little boy and I’m keen to get him on the slopes and I thought you’d be the man to ask about what the youngest he can be to get involved is? I’m hoping I can get out next year and see you all.

Our Ski school' office is in Iglika 2 hotel at the back side of Rila hotel.
There's a red flag Snow Masters ski & board school in front of it.

I’m sure if you contact Snow Masters direct they will give you a price. They are very accommodating and reasonable. Sorry we can’t offer more information as we just paid to hire ski equipment. Very good standard. Happy holidays,

We are staying at hotel breza in march and we are all new to this ,we where thinking of hiring skis lift passes and lessons from hunters ski school and pre book etc or should we wait until we are there ,I'm not worried about the newest stuff as this is our first time ever sking ,any help or advice would be much appreciated Thanks in advance Mick
