Pets are not allowed in the museum. I’m sure there is some accommodation for service pets but I would imagine those would require valid credentials prior to entering. It may be best to check with the museum staff prior to visiting.

I’m not aware but I do believe they give senior citizen and military discount. I also have seen deals on Groupon also.

Depends on you. Get your moneys worth. There are a couple options, TOUR which will take you to the lower levels where they do the restoration and then General type where you can just roam the museum but you will not have access to the lower levels. We spent about 4 hours checking out the bikes and other displays. But it still just revolves around how much time you want to spend. We spent around 6 hours roaming around and could have spent longer. Like any history museums it is a spectator event and time spent is totally up to you and what you want to see and review. 3 floors to see on the general admission. Many of the items are legendary in the world of motorsports. Evolution of the motorcycle world and many cars. There is also auto race course on a real track where you can participate

It's an enormous parking area at Barber's. Unless you're hoping to camp there overnight, I can't imagine that parking your R/V would present any kind of problem.
