What a beautiful shop, with a great selection of gifts, the best of it, supporting their local artisans products very well selected I will say for all budgets. From the moment you enter the smell of the beauty products like handmade soaps are like to be in lush of Croatia the soaps are beautiful and the creams are such a treat. Now the products for the kitchen are so good, a wide selection for the kitchen from utensil’s to cook and to cheers with an aperitif and with local wine. The customer service was really good both times I visit it

What a little gem of a gift shop. Lots of lovely handmade Croatian gifts and not your usual tourist tat. Got some really nice presents for family back home and very reasonably priced as well for the quality of the items. The lady who works there is very helpful when helping select from the large range of products. Definitely worth a visit.

Škatulica is a very nice and cozy shop with all what is traditional for the Cavtat region in Croatia. It is located inside of a part of an old monastery, which makes it really unique. Inside you can find traditional regional wines, many kinds of olives, postcards created by local artists, reproductions of old Dalmatian coast maps. It is a really unique place on the map of Cavtat and I urge you to visit it one you are in Cavtat!

Extremely happy we did bet on user reviews as this shop has a very friendly staff and provides a wide range of very good quality home made products! Highly recommended for everyone who's having a stay near by.

My partner bought some soaps from here. They are top quality and smell divine. Lots of great gifts here. The shop owner was extremely friendly and helpful, even after I knocked over the soap display with my backpack. She reasurred me it was okay and insisted that she would sort out the mess. Lovely lady.

Skatulica was the only souvenir shop that had lovely handmade souvenirs/gifts and local food products to offer. I loved the vibe of this little shop, you can actually feel the authenticity of everything. The staff was very helpful and knowing. This is definitely a must when you buy souvenirs.

If you are looking for an authentic souvenirs for your loved ones Skatulica is the place for you. Unlike many other shops in Cavtat and Dubrovnik selling souvenirs "made in China" here you will find hand made items. Also, here you may find local food products.
Staff was helpful but not too pushy so we didn¨t feel like we were pressured to buy something we didn't like. Would reccomend to my friends coming to Cavtat this spring.

A nice selection that we were initially very excited about. We picked out a few things and had a few questions. The 2 girls working were so rude to us and laughed (and commented to each other in their language) at everything we said. We felt very uncomfortable, put our items down and went to a shop down the street. With many other cute olive oil and craft stores around, I would recommend going to one where you feel welcomed by other lovely Croatians.

I am very sorry for your experience. I believe it was a terrible misunderstanding. We have two girls who work in the shop, but in two shifts. One of them does not speak Croatian at all, so if our employee was talking to someone, it must have been a Croatian customer. She is a very professional young girl who works with us second season and we never had any complaints about her. I am sorry you felt uncomfortable, but I am sure she would never laugh to a customer.
Everyone is welcomed in our shop and good customer service is very important for us.

I would normally not write a review for a shop but on this one I will certainly make an exception. I fully agree with all others positive reviews : nothing "made in China", but lovely gifts which you feel comfortable and confident to offer when you are back home.
This place feels really authentic compared to all horrible cheap stuff which you can find in others shops. Staff is really professionnal, I did not buy so much but eventhough the lady wrapped every piece nicely as a gift. When I offered them to my colleagues, they were thrilled.
There should be more places like this….

Hello, I am a traveler who stopped by the store a few days ago to buy souvenirs.
When I enter my country with the liquor I bought at this store, I need to know the exact price of the liquor to pay my taxes. The liquor I bought is a traditional liquor made with carob(big size). I would appreciate it if you could tell me the exact price of the drink.
