Guide Bella's knowledge on Thailand's history and that of Ayutthaya is amazing. She can tell you all about the temples you visit on this tour. She also makes sure you won't get thirsty and of course keeps an eye on safety.

Enjoyed thoroughly the cycling tour on the 28th January 2023. I was the only customer for the tour on that day, so I had the privilege of having the full attention of my guide Bella, who was very helpful, informative and fun. It was really a fabulous experience cycling around the streets of Ayutthaya, crossing the river by the small ferry, eating lunch in a nice restaurant and trying out a local sweet at a street side shop. All in all a memorable day. Thanks to Bella!

Really great tour guide! She was super friendly and knowledgeable. She made us feel right at home and provided a safe and very fun tour fot myself and my 12 year old son. Would recommend highly.

The tour was excellent - a good combination of history and Thai culture. The route was basically flat along the canals and temples and the route directions given were clear and understandable. Bella provided a thorough review of the trip on arrival, and was available to answer all questions the group had. Highly recommend !

When I showed up, the tour operator, Andres Breuer, said that he canceled my tour days earlier and sent me a message. TripAdvisor did not deliver the message, and Andres didn't actually cancel the tour. He just didn't show up. I had to go cancel the tour and request refund myself.
My tour was booked, paid, and confirmed.
Andres disclaims responsibility for the confirmation that TripAdvisor sent me. He says that sending messages is all he can do. Added to the fact that he didn't actually cancel the tour like he said, makes me think that he simply doesn't care enough to fix it. I have seen other tours with cost differentials for single bookings, actual minimum bookings, and proper cancelations. Andres just doesn't care enough to do it.
I very much wanted to see Ayutthaya, and I planned my visit around this tour. I cannot go on another day, and I can't go later in the afternoon.
Andres' choice has wasted my visit to Ayutthaya. I wish I'd never come.

Dear mr Fryer,
Thanks for your effort putting some words down about our services.
Unfortunately your pointing finger forgot to mention I wrote you a message 2 days in advance about not being able to operate the tour for only one person and gave you alternative dates. We didn't receive any reaction.
You also didn't mention, I offered you to do the tour the same day 13:00 start although you were still the only person on the tour, which you accepted. We had our guide waiting for more than one hour but you didn't show............
Let is be clear, we welcome every traveler, single, couples, families and travel groups but that doesn't take away that there's a minimum of 2 persons in order to operate a tour.
I hope you have a enjoyable stay in Thailand and wish the rest of your holiday will go smooth.

We booked the half-day tour as we had to travel from Bangkok (and back) and didn’t want to leave at the break of day. Happy to find this half-day tour available with 2 days notice, we booked directly through the website. In the evening, we were contacted by André, the owner, who was surprised to receive our booking as the tour was not even available on that day. He asked if we’d be interested in the full-day tour. We explained why we opted for the half-day, and that would be very much our preference. He said he was going to see into it the next day and let us know. Soon, the next day he messaged that our booking was confirmed. When we arrived at Ayutthaya, it turned our he had asked a tour guide, Tor, to come over from Bangkok a day early especially to accommodate our booking. Tor did a great job, and we ended up enjoying a private tour all over Ayutthaya Historical Park. Many thanks to André and Tor, greatly recommend their service.

We had an amazing time cycling through town with Bella! The office where you meet up is a little bit out of the way but you can get there easily by Grab or tuk tuk (or motorbike if you have one). Once we arrived we were greeted by Bella and it turned out we were the only ones who booked that night, so it turned into a private cycling tour. We first took the ferry across the river which was really cool and cycled around until we arrived at Wat Mahathat, we then continued on for a stroll around the night market and tasted a few local snacks/appetisers which were all great! After this we continued Wat Phra Ram and Wat Phra Si Sanphet before we stopped at a very local spot for dinner. Bella ordered a hunch of dishes for us to try and all of them were very delicious and we had never tried before. We were also the only foreigners in this place which tells you how local it was, we absolutely loved this! After dinner we finished the tour by cycling back to the office.
All in all this was an amazing experience and a huge thanks to Bella for making this tour so enjoyable. Just be aware that since this is in the evening the Wats will be closed so you'll enjoy them from outside the grounds, which is still very impressive. Highly recommended doing this tour to give you a different perspective of the city at night.

Bella was an excellent guide. She rode at a good and safe pace for me and my girlfriend. Her English was very good as well as her knowledge of all the sites visited.
The tour included all the sites stated and lunch was good.

Dear Meander,
We have child safety seats, a tag-a-long and several sizes children bicycles available.
Families with children younger than 12 years we always handle as private tour. This way we can focus on the youngest participants and change the routing a little if needed and/or make an extra stop.
This ensures the whole family can fully enjoy the ride.

We were thinking of taking train to Ayutthaya and doing a bike tour. Afterwards boarding night train to Chiang Mai. My problem is what to do with our luggage while touring Ayutthaya? Are there lockers in train stations there?

Dear Roam,
I’m not sure if the train station in Ayutthaya has a storage ability but I case not, during our tour you can store your luggage at our office.

Good morning. I am thinking of booking a half day cycling tour of Ayutthaya with you. My wife and daughter are not strong bike riders. Can you tell me how strenuous the riding is and what level of experience is needed?

Thank you for your message.
I recommend you to do our Ayutthaya City Culture tour (approx. 3 hours). It's an easy tour and everybody who can ride a bicycle can do this tour.
During Ayutthaya City Culture we visit some of the most famous temple ruins of Ayutthaya, like Wat Mahathat, Wat Phra Si Sanphet and the huge Reclining Buddha at Wat Lokayasutharam.
Ayutthaya is all flat, so easy riding.

Do you need to make a reservation for this? I suppose you can join a group if you are visiting alone? Be going in November. Any help or info is fantastic.
