Vi hade en supertrevlig eftermiddag med thailändsk matlagning. Mon är en glädjespridare som älskar sin matlagning. Vill man ha trevligt och samtidigt lära sig laga thaimat ska ni lägga en eftermiddag hos Mon.

Gestern haben wir den Kochkurs „Cooking with Mon“ uf Koh Lanta besucht. Unsere Kinder waren dabei & konnten helfen. Das klappte super. Es war eine lustige Gruppe bon circa 12 Personen. Mon gestaltet seine Kochkurse mit viel Witz & Charme. Es gab leckeres Essen, viel zu Lernen und grosse Lacher. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Voiko kokkauskurssilla olla hauskaa, kyllä! Täällä kokatessa nauretaan, lauletaan ja tanssitaan, Mon pitää siitä huolen. Ruoanvalmistus kauniissa paikassa, helppoa ja hyväntuulista. Wau mitä makuelämyksiä saimme. Ihana kokemus, suosittelen.

Took a one-day class with Mon while visiting the Green Pepper Resort on Koh Lanta. The class was fun and educational, Mon is a great teacher and keeps things light. We basically cooked and ate, cooked and ate all day long. Made khao soi, tom yum goong, green papaya salad, panang curry and Mango with sticky rice. Mon is a great cook and a great teacher (as well as a great human being). His class is highly recomended

Wundervoller Kochkurs, mega Ambiente. Wir durften in die Kunst der Thailändischen Kochkünste einblicken. Moon hat das sehr gut gemacht, wir haben uns jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein MUSS, wen mann in Koh Lanta ist. vielen dank!

Awh, Mon is hilarious! We’ve really enjoyed ourselves at his cooking class. Yes, we’ve learned a lot about the Thai cuisine and Thai culture. But next to that, it was a dancing class, a cabaret show and a lesson to enjoy life. We wish Mon and his family all the sweetness. And do yourself a favor: take this class!

Mon hat mit seinem Team unseren Kochkurs zu einem grossartigen Tag gemacht! Mit viel Humor und Einfühlungsvermögen haben wir Pad Thai, Curry Gerichte, Tom Kha Ghai und Sticky Rice mit Mango selber gekocht und geniessen dürfen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Nous sommes allés chez « Mon », en couple, prendre des cours de cuisine thaï.
« Mon » est une personne qui a la joie de vivre et l’envie de partager.
Nous avons préparé plusieurs plats ainsi qu’un dessert que vous pourrez adapter à votre goût, plus ou moins épicé par exemple.
Ses cours ne se résument pas à un cours de cuisine, c’est aussi la rencontre avec d’autres personnes ainsi que sa femme et ses enfants qui sortaient de l’école.
Il vous montrera les différents légumes que vous dégustez dans vos plats au restaurant, ceux que vous allez préparer.
Nous avons pu visiter le jardin en lasagnes, ce qui vient de la terre retourne à la terre et sert à nourrir les prochaines plantes.
« Mon » vous fera découvrir les plantes thaï, le tamarin etc..
Pour ceux qui ont peur de faire ces cours à cause de la barrière de la langue. N’hésitez plus, ce que vous ne comprenez pas avec les mots vous le comprendrez avec le regard.
C’est l’occasion d’apprendre quelques mots de façon ludique.
Ses 5-6 heures passées ensemble sont passées très vite, c’était tellement agréable.
Un grand merci à « Mon».

We went to "Mon" as a couple to take Thai cooking lessons. "My" is a person who has the joy of living and the desire to share. We have prepared several dishes as well as a dessert that you can adapt to your taste, more or less spicy for example. His lessons are not limited to a cooking class, it is also the meeting with other people as well as his wife and his children who came out of school. He will show you the different vegetables that you eat in your dishes at the restaurant, those that you are going to prepare. We were able to visit the lasagna garden, which comes from the earth returns to the earth and is used to nourish the next plants. "Mon" will introduce you to Thai herbs, tamarind etc. For those who are afraid to do these courses because of the language barrier. Do not hesitate any longer, what you do not understand with words you will understand with your eyes. This is an opportunity to learn a few words in a fun way.
