Had a great time diving with Prajit of CV Divers. Small boat, experience captain and well maintained gear. Would come back any time. 🙏🏼

Without any reservation, I can thoroughly recommend CV Divers.
I wanted to avoid the crowds of divers leaving from the main pier area, so I emailed and spoke to Neil at CV Divers who assured me that they operated from their own boat, and limited the number of divers on each trip.
Although fairly experienced, I hadn’t dived for some time, and when I arrived Neil made me very welcome, and explained the procedure for a check dive, prior to the boat dives.
Prajit was the dive guide, and throughout my time with him, he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic. It was an absolute pleasure to dive with him.
All the equipment at CV was in very good condition, and the boat was a longtail, with plenty of space, run by a captain with a good sense of humour. During my trips there were a maximum of three other divers on the boat, giving a really relaxed feel, with plenty of space, and very personal attention. The dive sites Prajit took us to were interesting and free from the large groups of divers seen elsewhere.
I really couldn’t fault any aspect of the operation at CV Divers, and if you want to avoid the crowds, these are the guys to use.

I spontaneously thought about doing a PADI Open Water Course and joined CV Divers. Despite the short notice, I was able to start directly, a little theory, basic diving with Alex, followed by 4 more unforgettable dives from the boat with Mr. Bubbles. Due to my spontaneous request, I had two instructors, usually care is taken that an instructor accompanies the entire course. The training is in principle in English, with Mr. Bubbles also speaks excellent German. The theory is supported with online videos (different languages possible), so you are very well prepared before the first dives in the sea. Both instructors, Alex and Mr. Bubbles, were great. I felt comfortable and safe at all times, despite my great respect for the ocean. Between dives there was water and bananas. All transports (on land and by water) were included in the price.
I would go diving again anytime with CV Divers. If you are looking for individual plannability, more intensive support and excellent diving training that will make you feel safe during the dives, CV Divers is the place to be!

My wife and I just returned from a week on Koh Tao at Coral View Resort. We did a total of 12 dives each over 6 days with CV Divers. Our dive instructor for all 12 dives was nicknamed Junior Bubbles, and he did an excellent job of guiding us at a number of beautiful dive sites including Lighthouse Bay, Shark Island and Tanote Bay.
We saw plenty of marine life including green sea turtles, blue spotted sting rays, small moray eels and a wide variety of reef fish!At Tanote Bay we swam underneath a huge school of scads that blocked out the surface above! There were also a variety of colorful coral, fans and cones.
Junior Bubbles helped us improve our diving skills as well including buoyancy and swim-throughs (small caves).
I would highly recommend both staying at Coral View Resort and diving with CV Divers!

The moment I stepped into the dive office I was warmly greeted by Mr. Bubbles. He was an amazing instructor and I felt very safe and comfortable with his instructions. Why? He was very knowledgeable, practical and was very passionate about his teaching (instruction).
From day one till the last day, I had a wonderful time with Mr. Bubbles and I highly recommend him. I am looking forward to taking the next level course with him.

We stayed at coral view for a week and loved the tranquility, if you want a quiet place to be on koh Tao this is perfect. Lovely staff, food and a perfect beach. I was visiting with my two daughters 14 and 18 so that they could learn to dive, I need a refresher. Neil who runs the dive center there was so helpful.
Bubbles, who taught us was amazing, patient, thorough and I felt very safe diving with my children as his teaching was so good!
Would highly recommend.
We dived as a group of three which is unusual to be in such a small group, just perfect.

Dive guide was so incredibly rude and condescending and aggressive that it was the worst dive trip, worst tourist activity I have ever done in my life. I have had worst days at work that were more pleasant than this dive trip. Didn’t even go on the second dive as I didn’t want to put up with any more of the guides rude arrogant and aggressive attitude. Couldn’t wait to get off the boat. Would avoid this company at all costs. It’s supposed to be a fun dive and I have never had worse experience on holiday in my life due to the guides horrible attitude

The diving center is family-friendly and friendly: we passed the PADI OW over 3 days, there were 6 of us with 2 instructors! 1st diving experience, we felt safe, comfortable asking all our questions, we were able to repeat each exercise until we succeeded... All in a relaxed atmosphere.
The setting is magnificent, we were lucky enough to see a school of fish, multiple tropical fish...
You can go there with your eyes closed!!!

We stayed in coral view resort for a week in August 2023 as it has a dive centre onsite . We are a family of 5 with 3 kids ranging from 11-15 years . We had pre -booked and paid a deposit with Neil to do the open water Padi a few months before we arrived. All the online training theory materials via Padi are emailed before hand. Neil was very quick at responding with any queries we had.
Julien was our private instructor for the five days of the course. To say we trusted him 100% with my life and my families life is an under-statement . I had a previous bad experience with one of the bigger companies in Tao when I was younger so I was nervous trying it again. We had our 1st day in swimming pool to ease us in which helped the nerves . Julien is so understanding and caring .He has the patience of a saint. He makes you feel so safe and comfortable . 3 crazy kids can be difficult to manage above water never mind under water with a nervous Mam but Julien was so professional ,calm and attentive at all times and Safety is always at the core. C.V was the high light of our month long trip in Thailand.
We seen amazing fish and coral and and all the dives, boats, equipment are so well organised.
. If your thinking of diving in Thailand - Go for it with C.V Divers.

We are staying at the Sai Daeng hotel near CV divers. We wanted to have a try dive with CV divers. They wanted us to fill a healtform in the Padi app. We tried to scan the QR code the manager showed us, but when QR code opened the app to open the healthfrom, we got an error. We tried it on 4 phones in total, all the phones showed the same error. We wanted to search for a solution but the manager wasn’t helpfull at all, he basically said: ‘your problem’. My dad has crohn’s disease and went all the way to the village to get checked out by a doctor so he could dive, all to get rejected because of an app that didn’t work. The funny part is, he signed the same form earlier on paper but that wasn’t good enough for the manager of CV divers (they gave us the paper version). Conclusion: we weren’t able to dive just because of an error.
