‪Koh Tao - to przede wszystkim nurkowanie i najwspanialszy świat podwody z jego bogactwem😊 Rafy i bogaty świat podwodny oraz piękne miejsca i cudowne zachody słońca, palmy i najwspanialsi ludzie na świecie oraz jedno z moich ulubionych miejsc w Tajlandii. Ta wyspa to prawdziwa mekka dla nurków i zasługuje na swoje miano, ponieważ na maleńkiej wyspie funkcjonuje prawie sto szkół nurkowych. Oferują one chyba wszystkie możliwe kursy i niesamowite miejsca do zobaczenia.

Jadąc pierwszym razem poczytaliśmy wiele opinii na Tripadvisor, wybraliśmy szkołę Phoenix Divers. Chcieliśmy, aby było bezpiecznie i niesamowicie i tak było😊

Ko Tao bierze swoją nazwę od dużej ilości żółwi morskich, które mieszkają na jej brzegach. Białe piaszczyste plaże osłonięte stromymi wzgórzami lub plażami i domkami na nich, z najpiękniejszymi widokami pod słońcem. Słońce i pozytywni ludzie, czegóż wiej chcieć od życia? Ponieważ uwielbiamy nurkować całą rodzinką, to oczywiście na wyspie pierwsze kroki postawiliśmy w szkole nurkowej, którą wybraliśmy jeszcze w domu.

Szkołę nurkowa wybraliśmy jeszcze w Polsce. Postawiliśmy na szkołę, która miała świetne opinie na Tripadvisor i nie zawiedliśmy się. Ludzie na miejscu profesjonalnie i kompleksowo się nami zajęli, jak się później okazało panowała tam miła i przyjazna atmosfera, a ludzie byli bardzo otwarcie (oczywiście wszelkie najważniejsze informacje o wyspie i nie tylko, zdobyliśmy właśnie od nich). Było nie tylko sympatycznie, ale co najważniejsze – bezpiecznie (bo przecież to jest tak ważne).

Ponieważ czekało nas kilka dni nurkowych z nimi, po wstępnej rozmowie przed pierwszym nurkiem i po omówieniu jakie mamy stopnie oraz oczekiwania, omówiliśmy kiedy, gdzie i z kim będziemy pływali. Ponieważ tam jest co oglądać, codziennie mieliśmy zaplanowane inne atrakcje, a świat podwodny jak zwykle nas nie zawiódł. Bardzo pozytywne wrażenie i świetni przewodnicy Hugo, Louis i Finn, którym bardzo dziękujemy za każdą z wypraw😊 były … niesamowite😊 Wszystko co zobaczyliśmy i tam przeżyliśmy, jest warte zapamiętania na całe życie. Oczywiście najważniejsze przyrzeczenie dane sobie wracamy tam jak tylko będzie to możliwe😊 ❤‬

‪Gjorde open water hos Phoenix divers med instruktör Nate. Vi är super nöja med hela kursen och Nate! Härlig atmosfär och bra boende i samband med kursen.‬

‪Exceptional Dive Experience‬

‪I just recently got back from 2 weeks holiday in Koh Tao, Thailand. I had 2 amazing weeks of diving with Phoenix Divers. A special mention to our very competent & professional dive instructor, Freya, who dived with me on almost 10 dives. Her knowledge, maturity and respect for the ocean was a breath of fresh air. She made me feel exceptionally comfortable and safe even though I hadn’t dived in many years. Phoenix Divers and specifically Freya are highly recommended if you take the opportunity to dive in Koh Tao. From refresher to sorting out equipment to going out on their unique pink boats to completing the dives was absolutely fantastic. Can’t wait to go back in the near future!‬

‪Fun and safe diving‬

‪Charley was a cool, kind and patient instructor. He made it fun yet also safe and informative. The Assistant instructor,Freya also led our 4th dive with a super informative briefing, she was extremely knowledgeable about the marine life and kept us all safe. I would definitely recommend phoenix for fun and safe diving. Thank you Phenoix and the team ☺️‬

‪A whole lot of fun‬

‪For sure one of the best diving schools on the island, planned to only do the open water course but had so much fun we did the advanced too, would highly recommend doing both. Ask for Dan he’s the man. Thanks again Dan and the team at Phoenix. Hopefully will be back 🤞‬

‪Diving master charlie was a very chill guy and a good instructor. He taught us the basics in a pool and kept an eye on us during the 2 fun dives we did.
It was an experience we will never forget.

‪We owe Shoham for intruducing us to Phoenix divers center.
We were a family of 4 pax. Certify Open water. It was an amazing experience to dive with Nick, Cliff and Frea, diving instructors.‬

‪Surreal experience‬

‪Diving instructor Charlie was really friendly, informative and clear. Made the dives really enjoyable, always checking everyone was okay and safe at all times, whilst also having freedom to look around and explore within limits.‬

‪Great instructors, seamless/free pick up, beautiful dive‬

‪Harris and Mathieu were amazing instructors, and Mathieu took amazing photos of us diving too!

Well organised, friendly and informed instructors and crew, super convenient pick up and drop off. Great way to make friends if you’re on a solo trip.

If you’re particularly nervous about diving or completely new to it, I would recommend asking to make sure your skills component will be a pool session. Ours was done in the water similar to a refresher session just before the dive… I had done a discovery dive previously so was fine, but some of the first timers were a bit stressed as there was a bit of a current. The instructors were doing everything they could to assist though and in the end everyone had a great time.

Also had a great range of languages on board so people could get instructions in their native language if they didn’t speak heaps of English 🥰

12/10 recommend taking sea sickness pills if you usually need them - was so grateful they had some on board!‬

‪Best dive center on Koh Tao!
Phoenix family feeling, it’s a thing! The staff are so friendly and helpful.
We did fun dives this year, but have done both Open Water and AA here, it was a pleasure.
This is our fourth year diving with Phoenix. Such a pleasure.
A big thanks to all to new and “old” faces - And a special thanks to the dive masters Freya, Fernanda and Eric.‬
