Went diving with Seashells for a few days including a very nice night dive. The staff is very friendly and professional. Great Thanks to William, Gafab and Devesh.
The groups were small (2-4 + Guide) and the boat was spacious. They only went to nearby dive sites to their base but these were very nice especially White Rock.

Great dive shop. Super friendly staff. Felt very served by the manager Fabian. Everything was professional and timely. Beautiful dives.

I had a great time taking the open water diving course, I had an excellent instructor Devesh. Great team and beautiful dive areas

I'll start with the fact that I knew I wanted to do a diving course when I got to Koh Tao and I didn't really know through which club I would do the course, I saw a lot of recommendations about the big clubs and decided to just go around the clubs to let the energy I get decide for me.
You have to understand that the course is important - the professional and safety level is super important in this field, so it's important not to go with the flow but really understand where you will get the best shell for you.
When I passed by "seashell divers" I saw a group of young people who were just signing up for the course and I decided to enter the club to get interested,
When I entered I met the managers of the club, a lovely couple who met as part of diving in Koh Tao 20 years ago and have come a long way together in the field of diving and decided to return to the place where they met to continue passing on their professional knowledge to the next generation.
When I saw them I realized that if these people decided to leave everything and come back here to guide, they will not be relieved and they are not doing it to finance their future but because the field is really important to them and they are doing the thing that speaks to them the most and it is super appreciated and I decided to sign up for the Open-Water Diver course
The next day I arrived at the club and the managers (who are there from 6 in the morning until they close the place - which is not obvious at all) told me that they had matched me with an instructor who seemed to suit me very well, an orderly guy, very patient, and above all wants me to succeed.
Devesh Saboo, my instructor is simply an amazing person, I have no words to describe how grateful I am for the way he guided me and passed me the OW certification and after three days I decided to continue with him for the advanced course as well
Advance Open Water Diver
Devesh accompanied me all the way, from the theoretical preparation, professional questions and professional training and does not compromise on anything, there are no shortcuts for him and even if you have to do the same skill 10 more times because you don't feel ready enough yet, Devesh was super caring and super patient towards me.
Besides that I think I can say I found a friend. Before he is a guide, and behind everything he is first of all a human being. I didn't feel a hierarchy between us, everything was at eye level,
Not only about diving - recommendations on Koh Tao, places to eat and travel, anything I needed he was always there for me.
One of the days after the night diving we decided to go have dinner at an Indian restaurant (my favorite food) and without planning the managers also joined and it gave me a very family feeling, it was important for them to hear how the course was going for me, what could be improved, and the very fact that I sat as a student with the management team and with My instructor reinforced in me the feeling that you see each of the students, not marking v on the training like the big clubs that simply produce divers like in a factory.
In one of the dives I got seasick from the waves that were felt in the boat and I had to make a decision and give up one dive. It is important for me to point this out because at that time for Devesh the diving was not important, I felt how important it was to him that I feel good and even if we need another day of diving it does not matter because what is important is that my experience as a customer will be the best and of course they did not ask me to pay for another day of diving .
In addition to my instructor, the entire team of instructors were simply amazing, caring, happy, professional, gave us the best feeling to make a mistake to try again and succeed as one.
And don't be mistaken - the managers themselves also do trainings and help where possible - an amazing personal example.
I enjoyed the week of diving so much that after the course ended I went on another fun dive with my instructor and the attitude was exactly the same. The same level of care and professionalism in fun dive as well.
As you can understand - I highly recommend the place! This place deserves the best.

They will not respond in any way if you try to contact them. We have booked accommodation but also do not respond to booking emails

I came to Koh Tao to do my PADI open water course and on arrival was looking to start next day and with so many options I couldn’t decide where to go.
I had spoken to Dave and couple others at this place and were happy to answer my questions showed clear passion, experience and care for safety regarding diving, whereas other places were more focused on the price and saying you’ll get your license no problem we’ll smash you through the theory.
After this conversation the place gave me good vibes and felt like I was in safe hands for learning to dive having never dived before.
They said it would be a group no more than 4 which is good compared to other school with larger groups where it would take longer to learn and less individual guidance.
In the end it ended up being 1 on 1 with Dave and he was great, was happy to re go through stuff I struggled with and also answered any questions and cleared up any confusion.
Instead of the classroom theory it was all done on e-learning on my phone in my own time which I found better being my able to do it at my own pave rather than with others. Not gonna lie it did take like 5 hrs in total but it is importantly knowing the theory for your own and others safety.
Overall great experience and would recommend coming here to anyone who’s serious about diving. All staff were polite and helpful and the master divers were a good crack also!

We have had a very poor experience with Seashell dive centre in Koh Tao. The manager was unhelpful and rude after we had booked and paid for our dive course but due to the issues that we had experienced he agreed to refund us. That was two months ago and no refund has been received despite repeatedly chasing. There is very poor communication and emails and messages are just being ignored. There does not appear to be any professionalism or customer service provided once they have your money.

COMPLAINT: SUBMISSION OF PAID DIVE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS LONG OVERDUE - STILL NO RESPONSE !!
My girlfriend and I had our very first dive with Seashell Divers Koh Tao on Feb 13. It was a great and absolutely unique experience, especially thanks to our fantastic instructors Esther and Moon. However, we are still waiting for the video footage and photos that were captured during our dive. We had paid for that service in advance and Seashell Divers promised to provide us the full material, but we are STILL WAITING for this to happen. So far, we have tried to contact the team's administration about a dozen times, via phone calls, emails, website contact form inquiries - all of which have so far been ignored until this day!!
Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable, disrespectful and close to being fraudulent.
As mentioned, we had already paid for the dive photos and video footage in advance and insist on our right to own said material!
It is such a shame that Seashell Divers Koh Tao seems to completely lack any sense of customer service and forces us to spend our time and energy on running after them for something that should have been an absolute no-brainer in the first place! We are angry and utterly annoyed! Once again: PLEASE URGENTLY SEND US OUR DIVE PHOTOS AND VIDEO FOOTAGE!!!!
Once we have received the full material, I will gladly change this complaint into a 5-star-review.

We went for a fundive. We had two dives for about 30 min. each and it was a great experience! We were safe and comfortable all the time and the instructor was very skilled, patient and nice. I recommend seashell divers to everyone.
