Ideal für Kinder und Kleinkinder. Wunderschöner Wasserfall über viele Kaskaden. Und in jeder Kaskade kann man Baden in angenehmen kühlen Wasser. Dazu hat man Besuch von kleinen Fischen.

Flowers are great there, there are some water spots in where you can swim and enjoy a natural foot massage by the tiny fishes 😍, don’t miss this spot if you are a big fan of the green areas. Take photos as much as you can.

Sa Nang Manora (Sra Nang Manora) is a forest park in Khao Thoi-Nang Hong Forest, about 4 km north of Phang Nga town. It was established on 1980. The park is mostly plain with few hills and the Sa Nang Manora waterfall.
In my way to Phang Nga , I had a stop in Sa Nang Manora Forest Park to check out the park and its natural trail. But I only wanted to have a short visit. So I parked the car and I went to the park's entrance and I stated to search. There were some ponds and little pools for swimming or bathing and some families had come for picnic. There was a pleasant atmosphere there and it was convenient for families.
I was walking around when I accidentally found myself in the beginning of the trail. I found it very interesting and somehow mysterious. I asked a tourist about the trail and he told me that "until the second station, it's easy and after that it becomes harder". The statement motivated me to continue the trail, after a while I arrived to the first station "Palm" and after that I got to the second station which was "Water Cave" and I stayed there 2 minutes. The next 8 stations were: Limestone(3), Giant tree(4), Poisonous(5), Shell Cave(6), Fishes Cave(7), Ginger Plant(8), Rock Forest(9) and the Bat Cave(10).
The trail was 2 Kilometers long and it took me about 45 minutes to get to the final station. It was not a hard trail and not that easy, it's better to wear suitable shoes for walking. It was really a unique experience and I walked and jumped over sand, grass, mud, marshy ground, water, tree's branch, stones and rocks to get to the destination. The trail was very quiet and I saw only 4 people during my hike. At the finishing point I found a danger sign which banned me for going further it was written: "Should go back the same route". I found also an amazing cave there. Inside the cave was almost dark and it gave me a winner's feeling and it gave me a lot of energy for the return. On my way back, I saw no one and I passed the trail very quickly and I got to the starting point in less than 30 minutes, it was a perfect hike and I like to repeat the adventurous tropical hike one more time.

Difficile commentare questo posto. Pur andando con lo scooter non si possono evitare i 5 pullman di turisti russi e francesi e mancano i cinesi. Posto trascurato è sporco ma sopratutto insignificante.

We enjoyed the waterfall and the fish nibbling on our feet. It is beautiful. Has free entry and is a good way to spend an hour in the waterfall. Bring a costume and towel.

Beautifull nature, small river with clear water. One of my favorite parks. Bring good shoes and take the walk. Is a great adventure.

We reden met onze auto naar het Sa Nang Manora Forest Park. Het was er nog heerlijk rustig alleen wat Thaise jeugd die aan het zwemmen waren. Het park heeft verschillende watervallen en poeltjes waar je een "duikje" kon nemen en de 🐟🐟🐟 je "boos" weg probeerde te duwen 🤣. Genoten van de frisse duik bij de waterval. Tof!!

We walked to the waterfalls from Manora Gardens B&B where we were staying approx 4kms return. Saw lots of magnificent fruit trees such as orangutan, Jack fruit, longan and mangosteen. Tropical paradise. Q

Мы уезжали с острова Пхукет на материковую часть Таиланда, чтобы встретить рассвет в джунглях, на водопаде Манора.
Лианы, бамбуковые заросли и вездесущие муравьи.
Горная речка с прозрачной водой и рыбки, делающие массаж.
И водопад с бирюзово-золотистой водой от пробивающихся первых лучей солнца.
Мы аккуратно ступали по земле - чтобы не наступить ни на одного муравья. Чтобы даже случайно не изменить эту реальность.

Belle cascate all'interno del ononimo parco. Immerse nel verde del parco ,piccole ma molto suggestive. Nei laghetti che si formano si possono vedere alcune specie di pesci tropicali Durante la mia visita non c'era nessuno anche se penso che in stagione siano affollate di turisti. Meritano una visita.
