Ein Super Museum und ein Einstieg in die Geschichte Sukhothais! Das einzige Buch darüber in deutscher Sprache findet man unter Sukhothai in booklooker. Plant Zeit ein und Ihr wedet viel über die Geschichte, das Museum und den historischen Park lernen!

ラーマカムヘン王の碑文を始め、スコータイ王朝の歴史を留める数々の遺産が展示してあります。仏像や遺跡の一部の精巧な彫刻も近くで見られます。遺跡とセットでぜひ訪れて下さい！
2階にはスンコロク焼きの展示やスコータイ王朝以外の時代の物も展示してあります。
館内は撮影禁止、冷房はなく扇風機が回っていました。月曜日の朝9:30ごろで他に客はいませんでした。

The museum is just okay. There are a lot of artifacts from ancient Sukhotai and lots of Buddha statues, but not with a whole lot of explanation as to their place in history. One fascinating thing, however, was the history presented on the birth of the Thai alphabet. I read Thai, so I found the display where they showed the evolution of the Thai alphabet to be really awesome.
I would normally give this place 3 stars, but I'm deducting 2 stars because of the racist pricing. You are charged more if you are white or any color that is non-Asian.
Also, this place doesn't have air conditioning, which is a bit bothersome since, well, Thailand is hot.

เยี่ยมชมพิพิธภัณฑ์ดีตรงไหน ดีตรงที่เราสามารถเห็นความเป็นมาของชาติไทยเรา เห็นความงดงามของวัฒนธรรม ความกล้าหาญของบรรพบุรุษในการพยายามให้ประเทศชาติอยู่รอด ไม่ใช่แค่มาเที่ยวชมเพราะแค่อยากปักหมุดว่าไปมาแล้ว

Go to this Museum before you tour the Historical Park. You'll understand what you see at the park much better. The displays in the museum are well done and the explanations are in multiple languages. The history of the area, as well as the artifacts, is well presented.

located close to the main entrance for the historic park, this museum has some few nice pieces on display. however, considering the 150 B entrance fee (compared to 100 for the historic site), I would rather go twice to the site then once here.

We visited the museum after the visit to the historical parks, and it was very interesting to see both how it looked in the parks before they started to renovate the parks. Also, there are so many great items to have a closer look at. When we were there, there were lots of local school children visiting the museum.

This museum is located on well landscaped grounds near the entry to Sukhothai Historical Park. Admission is 150B and we were requested to leave our day packs in free, keyed lockers. The museum was well organized on two floors with a central Buddha. Note that closing time is 1600/4 pm, which we hadn’t and therefore we only had 45 minutes. Worth more time than that.

This museum had some very interesting information about the history of this area. All the exhibits were also in English which was very useful

スコータイを離れる日、フライトまで時間があったので見学しました。入場料はけっこうなお値段でした。遺跡から見つかった数々の貴重な品が保管されていました。いくつか英語が併記されているので頑張りましたが、タイ語しかないものが多く、ただ眺めるだけになる方が多かったです…残念。フラッシュをたかなければ撮影は自由とのことでした。

Hi there,
1. The museum open everyday from 9-16.
2. There is no any cafe or refreshment place inside however around the museum there are several cafes, 7-11 and shops near by.
