Suphan Buri National Museum is a place to go both for knowledge and to get to know the history of Suphan Buri province. This place has given us a lot of knowledge to come and study here.

スパンブリー市街地を国道340号線沿いにおよそ5キロ北に進んだ新しい官庁街の中にある歴史博物館。主にタイ族以前のドヴァラヴァディー時代（～紀元12世紀）の陶器類や仏像の展示を行っている。その他、戦争捕虜として移住してきたタイプアン族（ラオス起源）やタイユアン族（ベトナム起源）の生活様式。地元から輩出された著名人、演歌歌手の解説まで網羅した見応えのある展示内容となっている。

ที่พิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติสุพรรณบุรีมีค่าเข้า 20 บาท เมื่อเทียบกับสิ่งที่จัดแสดงและความรู้ที่ได้คุ้มมากๆค่ะ เจ้าหน้าที่แนะนำข้อมูลดีค่ะ

The National Museum of Suphan Buri was established in 1995 and covers everything from archaeology, the history of the area, anthropology, religion, art and culture.
I was fascinated to learn that local culture has been influenced in the distant past by India, Persia and even the Romans.
Much of the second floor is given over to Buddhist art, with showcases of Buddha images, ancient votive tablets and religious art objects.
This museum is closed on Monday and Tuesday each week.

An really interesting museum if you want to learn more about both Thai and Suphan Buri history. Free admission until the 31th of January 2017.

เวลาเดินทางไปจังหวัดไหน ประเทศไหน. ดิฉันชอบเข้าชมพิพิธภัณฑ์ของเขาค่ะ. หากมีเวลา. ชมแล้วสบายใจว่ายังมีคนเก็บรักษาของทึ่มีคุณค่าทางประวัติศาสตร์ ให้ยุคต่อๆไปดู เรียนรู้ และเข้าใจ

This is a relatively new museum, in very good condition, in the civic centre of Suphanburi. It provides a valuable historic overview of this important historic area.

Though there are very few visitors, this is really an fantastic museum. It covers the history of Thailand and predominantly Suphanburi area through movies, reconstructions of houses and shops from olden days and with audio-visual effects. Very nicely done. There are various sections, one with ancient history through art objects and buddhist art, recent history and people from Suphanburi, a section about Thai music and artists, where you can listen to a variety of songs from the past. And finally the museum walks you through some of teh recent economic development and projects. Foreigner admission price of B100, only open from Wednesday through Sunday and closed on national holidays. If you are visting Suphanburi, definitely recommended to make a stop here.
