Surprising informative for a small town museums. Don't not miss the ruin in the back of the museum, psst i just found out that part of Seremban was previously belong to Selangor. And this place is FOC..

Not much left of the ruins but got a few trails to walk around with if you are into it. Can be hot during day time. You can drive yourself up if you dont want the long walk from the museum. follow some signs via the housing area.
The museum is very clean and well maintained. Thats a nice one.

Good Information about our country here. You can go up the hill . My kids learn a lots here. They really love the history.

It is quite an interesting museum that is near to Port Dickson. The museum is quite small but quite informative. You can walk up the stairs outside the museum to go to Lukut Fort.

Interesting place to visit but not with kids. It is a bit dark and scary. Went to the 2nd floor and the kids wouldn’t want to go in as there are mannequin with the heads covered in black cloth.

The place was a bit quiet for the weekend. The security guard was very helpful and informative. Not much things to see though but whatever was there had lots of information. Good for young kids.

The museum is well kept. However not much artifacts were displayed. The Kota Lukut site was not fully excavated and ruins were remain ruins. No signboards or explanation to refer.
However, it is a place to visit to give support to the local historical excavation work. Kudos to the Jabatan Musuem. Hope things can be improved in the near future.

Lukut hanyalah kota kecil yang disinggahi saat menuju Port Dickson, dan kami memilih mengunjungi Lukut Muzium.
Dari pintu gerbang masuk sebelum menuju museum, tanah nya luas sekali, kami berjumpa satu group dari Penang juga, di pintu masuk, anda akan diminta menuliskan data diri dan tidak dikenakan biaya masuk.
Dalam bangunan museum bersih sekali dan juga dilengkapi dengan air conditioning sehingga anda tidak merasa gerah.
Dari pintu gerbang masuk sebelum menuju museum, tanah nya luas sekali, kami berjumpa satu group dari Penang juga, di pintu masuk, anda akan diminta menuliskan data diri dan tidak dikenakan biaya masuk.
Dalam bangunan museum bersih sekali dan juga dilengkapi dengan air conditioning sehingga anda tidak merasa gerah.

Thank you for keeping the museum alive! That was a very nice surprise. The grounds are big. A good walk. The museum itself is pretty interesting. Very well maintained except that it’s dark in some spots. But good history and nice displays are in there. And ohhh, lots of monkeys around the grounds!!!

A bit out of the way but worth making a trip there if you're visiting Seremban. Ample parking, the place is well-maintained. We walked up the stairs to see the walls of Fort Lukut and a fascinating hexagonal well. There is also a watchtower to enjoy the view of the surrounding area.
