Excellent dives with a lot of things to discover under water. The diving was well organised. Family runned business with a very friendly personal touch. The owner Steve is great company! You will certainly enjoy, diving with the Red Monkey Divers :-) B&N

Miri hosts a great venue for divers with both reefs and wrecks. Red Monkey, have a very professional set up and experiences guys to assist divers to do their stuff. Our group was both seasoned and inexperienced divers and Red Monkey ensured that everyone's needs were fulfilled. They have excellent and well maintained equipment and super fast well equipped dive boat with very competent crew and dive master. I have no reservations I recommending Red Monkey to divers of all ability levels.

Just completed my pool instruction, very friendly yet knowledgble instructor Steve who was able to instruct yet make it seem he was just helping and guiding me in the pool. Very good and would recommend it.

Had been diving with Red Monkey Divers since 2 years ago and there is always new things to explore each time. Mr instructor, Steve is a very dedicated person, is willing to teach and always cares for the diver's safety making sure we are all enjoying ourselves while keeping danger out of bound. With RMD, we manage to find new excitement and learn new things each dive. Sure gonna recommend more friends to join RMD and explore the breathtaking undersea scenery. Looking forward to dive with RMD again SOON!!

Just did my Advanced Open Water with Red Monkey(RM), 6 months after doing my Open Water with Steve, who is an awesome instructor! He has the amazing ability to find the smallest things and every dive was such fun.
RM take pride in being a well organised, responsible and professional organisation and their reputation precedes them. The boat is well equipped, comfortable and safe with very competent and friendly boat crews. Excellent facilities and customer care!
The experience and safety definitely worth the price! They are sincere and willing to bring you to experience new dive site, instead of same site again and again as happened with the other dive center. They do not rush as well since they do not run multi trip per day, so I really enjoyed all the peaceful and fun moments.
I highly recommend this company for everyone to either start off or continue your PADI adventure, or just to experience diving on the most beautiful reefs in Malaysia.

I spent a month in Sarawak and dived with Red Monkey divers for 5 days.
I did not want to be diving the same sites again & again just because it is convenient or more economical for the operator as happened with the other dive centre.
They may not be as "flashy" as their competition in the city but they are sincere, efficient and do not rush you, or dictate to you what sites you will dive. Their DM discusses where you have been before, what type of site you want e.g. wreck, deep , macro etc
They work at a comfortable pace and pay attention.They run only one trip a day, not the horrendously paced multi trip per day option of some dive centres.
You do not have to drag your rental dive kit out from a pile on the deck of the boat.
It is boxed up for you under your seat on the boat. By the time i left i felt part of a dive team.
They also cater for the larger diver by providing larger capacity scuba tanks and/or Nitrox.
All in all a refreshing format.

The operator has stopped more than a year ago. I was told health reasons.
