Before you reach this falls you have to walk over 1k steps down going to falls and 1k steps up.
But this falls is worth visiting. best time to visit is after the rainy season until Feb. for you to see the beauty of the water.

A nice walk through the rice terraces to an impressive waterfall. It took us (with a 4 and 6 year old) an hour to get down, and an hour to walk back up, with 20 minutes hanging out at the falls. The walk back up is a decent workout.
The guides are great for learning about the area, including the village you walk through.

Don‘t think twice about doing this Tour - its amazing and it’s 100% worth the hassle you face up and downwards. You will see beautiful nature, standing in the middle of rice terraces and of course an impressive water fall who would be worth it for itself.
The trip is tough, need to be honest here, for elderly people, differently-abled or totally (!) unfit I can not recommend, since you cannot stop somewhere and take a jeepney!
I‘d definitely do it again!

It's A LOT OF STAIRS.
You go down a gazillion stairs, through a small town, more stairs, find a small snack shed at the bottom before passing through rice fields, where you'll eventually hear flowing water. Cross a rocky path and a small shack with a pay CR and you're there after about 1-1.5hrs.
We went a little late in the morning on a weekday which was great since there were only 2 groups who trekked before us and by the time we reached the rice fields they were heading back. SO WE HAD THE FALLS ALL TO OURSELVES. On our way back up, another 3 groups were going down as the afternoon batch.
It's a great swim spot. Icy waters after a tiring trek. Strong winds near the waterfall base felt great.
There's an option to go up a different route with less stairs but you end up in a different barangay and will need to ride a jeep back to the starting point.

You have to be prepared physically - 4 kilometers total going to and from the falls. In going back, take the shorter route because there are photogenic sceneries.
There were tourists who dipped in the water so you can do that too.

It is pretty strenuous going down t 4,000 steps so you will start to overheat even on the way down t sheltered valley, never mind on t way up! Beer available at t end of t walk opposite t car park, or at t beginning if you are a masochist...

again they force you to get a guide, which is 300P. You then walk a crowded hike down a lot of stairs to a stunningly beautiful waterfall, whic unfortunately is crowded as well most of the time. You can take a jeep to Aguid and walk from there without a guide but keep in mind that every single group you meet will ask you where your Guide is and tell you to get one.
Also keep in mind that the walk is about 300m of elevation down and up again, with- or without a guide.
My Tip: skip this place, together with Sagada in General, which is nothing but a giant tourist trap.

Really enjoy the view even though it’s tiring to reach the waterfalls. It was really impressive place to see and soak in the cold water after a tiring trek.

I remember this spot like it was yesterday. To get to bomok-od falls one has to go through a maze of small patches of rice fields situated in sagada's rice terraces. An experience everyone should do in one's lifetime.
Bomok-od falls itself is beautiful. The cold waters descending from the sky and bathing in it is worth the trek. It's a picture worth replaying in your mind's eye for a lifetime.

Bomod-ok Falls — It was one of the harder destinations to reach in Sagada. You would have to go down the side of a cliff, into a valley, and through rice terraces before hitting Bomod-ok Falls. Despite this, it was nothing short of beautiful, and definitely worth the assault. What will make all this worth it in the end is that you could take a dip below the falls. Best to pack extra clothes! I definitely did not do it cause it was freezing, but some tourists did to refresh after the hike.
Nice to know: To get here, you would have to go through the first barangay of Sagada, and also its most secluded. The only way in an out of this barangay is through a hike, unlike other barangays that have roads leading up to them.
