I have just returned from my fourth road trip around rural India with Dinesh Chauhan from Indian Trip Maker. I was travelling for two and a half months and during that time Dinesh drove around 16,500 kilometres! I’m a keen photographer and my main interest is in photographing people in rural and tribal villages – obviously, travelling by road means that I can experience and photograph the everyday life of people, whose culture is so different from my own.
Dinesh is great to travel with – he’s so obliging and amiable. He never minds stopping when I see something which interests me and also recommends people and places that he knows I will enjoy photographing. He’s an experienced driver and handles the cows, dogs, goats and trucks that can be found on Indian roads with skill. I should also mention that as a solo woman traveller Dinesh has taken wonderful care of me.
Regardless of what your specific needs, interests and time frame are, Dinesh will organise a tour to suit your particular preferences. Please take a look at the reviews I’ve left for other trips I’ve made with Indian Trip Maker – I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.
Dinesh is great to travel with – he’s so obliging and amiable. We called Dinesh for a tour of rajasthan as a last minute trip. He booked all the hotels and excursions with guides ahead of time. It was very convenient not to have to organise anything. What a comfortable trip it was, the driver took amazing care of us. Thank you for being so responsive so rapidly !

אני רוצה להמליץ על נהג מקסים ששמו דניש ועם 24 שנות ניסיון שהסיע אותנו במשך 6 ימים בדלהי, אגרה, ג'איפור ופושקר. והמליץ לנו על מה לראות, איפה לקנות וסידר אותנו ממש. אדיב, נחמד, ומדבר אנגלית מעולה.
אז מי שרוצה טיול בנוחות ולהספיק לראות הרבה בזמן קצר (אפשר גם לא) מוזמן לשלוח לו הודעה בוואטסאפ

This journey took two months and included travelling over the Himalayas with stops in Shimla, Rampur, Sarahan, Sangla, Manali, Leh, Kargil, Srinagar, Jammu, Amritsar, Dharamshala, Haridwar and Rishikesh.
At times, the roads were extremely challenging, but Dinesh handled the conditions with skill and proficiency. As I’m a photographer I also required him to stop frequently in order to take photographs – which he always obliged.
This is the fourth trip in India that I have made with Dinesh and I highly recommend him as a driver. He is very accommodating and will tailor a trip to your specific needs and schedule.

This driver was very friendly and knowledgeable and taught me a lot about India and Indian culture. I would definitely book his services whenever I am in India.

Dinesh is fantastic! We will definitely be contacting him again the next time we travel to India, and highly recommend him to our friends and family (and all of you) who are visiting.
My partner and I traveled from Delhi to Agra to Ranthambore to Jaipur with Dinesh and we felt so lucky to have such a knowledgeable, kind, reliable, and skilled driver. We communicated well with Dinesh from the start, and when we wanted to make changes in our day to day itinerary within each city, Dinesh was more than willing to be flexible. While sightseeing, we never felt nervous leaving our belongings in the car because Dinesh always kept a close eye on things and made sure to lock it if he left the car. Dinesh made us feel like family the whole time, and we couldn’t be more grateful for such a wonderful experience.

Mr. Dinesh was wonderful and went well above and beyond during our time with him. He was knowledge and personable, during our week with him. We traveled from Delhi, Agra, Ranthambore, to Jaipur. He was flexible and tailored our journey to fit our needs and wants. He went above and beyond when we got sick in Jaipur. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. We will definitely be seeing him again and using his services. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We visited Rajasthan from Dec 11 to Dec 21. It was a very nice trip. Mr Dinesh is a very polite and humble person. Service provided was really good. He provided us Hotels also. It was really a nice trip and he made our trip comfortable.
