Took 1N2D Sundarbans tour by Tour De Sundarban led by guide Mr Arif. He was very accomodative and whatever we sought was fulfilled. They organized the tour very well. Absolutely no hassles. Stay, Food travel were all very good.
Arranged evening cultural program and extensive boat travel.

We had a fabulous time in the Sundarbans Everything went so smoothly, from booking, communicating with Rajesh and Arif, transport, taxis, boats. Everything was perfectly organised. The Eco village itself is a total delight… the most charming, quiet, peaceful place, beautifully run and catered for. The food was superb. Our host, Arif, is a total gem of a man… what a great pleasure to meet him and spend time with him. We played music together, chatted, and came away feeling like we had made a good friend! We were sad to leave. He organised everything perfectly and honestly deserves a medal for the effort that he puts in. A great person. The wildlife is there, sometimes, and we saw some different species of birds, lizards, and smaller crabs, fish, mud hoppers… but it was strangely absent. No matter, just being there was a privilege. The small boat trips into the mangroves are thrilling, especially in the dark, and I will always remember lying on my back in the boat gazing up at the stars through the canopy, watching fireflies and seeing the bioluminescent waters… it was otherworldly and deeply moving and inspiring. And the value for money is incredible… three days full board, all excursions, travel and connections, food and drink and entertainment for two people for just £170!!! That is a total bargain. Honestly we can’t thank these guys enough. Go with them, you will not be disappointed at all. Thanks a million Arif!!

Had a great trip with a great guide Arifh. Especially the night Safari ,meals and cottage stay was absolute 🍁 . Really had a new experience and good time .

Had an amazing experience at the Sunderbans thanks to everyone involved, right from booking the trip to being dropped back. Booking info was highly useful to plan the trip. The place is breathtaking and my respect to the maintenance staff. Activites are curated keeping in mind the time travelled and being spent. I had fun with each activity but I'd also say that it depends on the group you are with and how well you bond with people to truly enjoy the safari trips. Food (veg) is different and I would say it was good (not disappointed nor had any health issues).
Special shout out to Sunny for reminding us that we should respect each human and having humanity is the ultimate form of living. Mrinmoy for being the best guide for the safaris and constantly searching for what we travelers sought and staying optimistic throughout the safari.
What could be improved - boat maintenance. We saw other boats being better than ours and wished we had it like theirs (better chairs, roof covering).
Tips to the travelers - please carry your binoculars if you have any or can be borrowed or rented. Leave the staying place as early as possible for the safari day and not spend more time sleeping off or getting ready as any time wasted would cost you a sighting of something at the sea. Time matters a lot and makes a tonne of difference.
Request to the organizers - to keep some binoculars (at least for rent) for the safari visit. This was my first experience of a safari and I must have missed reading this important info so was a bit unhappy not being able to spot some things through those glasses. I am grateful to have had the one Mrinmoy was using for a few times and once from a co-travelers but having it throughout would have been really different experience.

Amazing experience, you can't expect such a nice place in sundarbans. Eco village is well decorated, food is good, Behaviour of every person in the trip is very friendly. Sunny is a nice and cool guy who takes you to the Boat point , From there Mrinmoy takes the lead he is very knowledgeable and kind person.

We went on a 3day/2 night tour
It exceeded our expectations
It was run extremely well with the activities, the day long boat trip was relaxing even though we didn't see a tiger
The size and scope of the mangrove area was amazing.
The food was good and generous even on the boat.
The accommodation was comfortable and the camp is set in atmospheric environment.
Very special mention to Arif our guide. He was incredible, his enthusiasm and friendly nature was well noted. He honestly couldn't do enough for you.

The eco village and the staff are absolutely wonderful. I couldn’t recommend Tour de Sundarbans enough if you want to visit the national park from Kolkata. Arif is fantastic and takes great care of all guests so well. If you want to support a locally-led business and meet fantastic people as you visit this beautiful national park, this is the place to visit. Thank you to everyone for such a memorable trip!

Had a 2 nights 3 days tour, it's really worth it staying a second night, it's so relaxing. Arif, our very nice guide made this tour an unforgettabe experience.

Thank you for an unforgettable stay at your Eco village. Entire team through out our trip are so warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the trip and really appreciate how everything was so organised. Special thanks to Mrinmoy to keep everything so perfectly and on time. I highly recommend everyone to experience the magic of Sundarbans with your incredible team.

My husband and I are planning a trip to Sundarbans with our 2 year old in early May. Can anyone tell us about how hot it got in this time period and any advice on how to tackle the heat/hydration aspects for the 2 day one night tour?

We visited in Nov-Dec. It was pretty cold in the early morning which may be why the boat was not covered on the sides and it became pretty warm during the day. However, there was proper provision of water on the boat. Probably, they may cover up the boat on the sides to prevent getting too hot. Better to ask the operator directly
