‪Best Tour Group Ever!‬

‪This was amazing! Jenny is unlike any other tour company. I reached out to Jenny a month in advance and she created a tailored 3-day tour to my exact interests and needs. I needed to meet at the airport- no problem. I needed to go to another city on day two- no problem. I wanted them to find a trusted hotel for me- no problem! I wanted to experience the subway system- no problem. It was perfect and very reasonably priced. The pace was tailored (I am a fast walker). The tour guide was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable about the history and culture (she even gave me some printouts) and everyone spoke great English too. I HIGHLY recommend Jenny's. Also- at one point an ATM machine ate my bank card on a Sunday (my only access to funds)- the tour guide (Celine) and the driver both came to my rescue by calling banks and police and anyone else who could help. They both stuck by my side like trusted companions. I was in safe and trusted hands the entire time. They looked out for me.‬

‪The flexibility of Jenny's team was unmatch. We are a busy family of four traveling as part of an expat assignment. Jenny's team put together an incredible tour for us. We had to reschedule the entire day 72 hours in advance and the team accommodated us. We also had a friendly driver and guide that showed us the amazing historical town during the extremely busy holiday week.‬

‪Absolute Brilliant Time in Shanghai!‬
‪If you ever have the pleasure of visiting Shanghai and need a tour guide, there is no one better than Celine who works for Jenny’s Shanghai tours!
Celine gave us a brilliant tour of Shanghai giving us lots of interesting information but also helping us navigate all the difficulties with a foreigner in China trying to work out the various QR codes required for each place if interest in these Covid times.
We had two days with Celine and each day was a brilliant and flexible to what we wanted to see and do. She listened to what we were interested and made great recommendations, she and the driver did everything and above to accommodate our needs. We spend one day in Shanghai seeing all the sites. (Would def recommended TV tower - although I am terrified of heights). The next day a water town a little outside of Shanghai.
Celine also took us out and recommended night spots where we could get a good view on the bund or play shuffleboard at BrewDog.
She also went above and beyond for my friend as money was stuck in his WeChat account and for some reason his account was blocked. Celine spent hours on the phone speaking to various difficult people from the company for us to return home to Scotland and his money was returned to his account!.

So if you are looking for tour guide use Jennys tours and request Celine. Her sense of humour her knowledge of the city and her commitment to her clients was amazing! I would also recommended Jenny for any other city in China she does tours as she was very easy to deal with especially with paying for the tour ( more WeChat difficulties)

‪Great Tour!‬

‪The tour guide(Céline) was very knowledgeable and explained a lot about Shanghai's history. We received a FULL day of history, walking, eating, driving and fun! We learned a lot about the city and the area. I strongly recommend Jenny's. We plan to use her services again.‬

‪Highly recommend Jenny and her team. First, Jenny was kind enough to reschedule my tour not even 24 hours before it was due - really appreciated her flexibility. Then, my guide Celine was absolutely terrific. She was extremely knowledgeable, full of energy and she made sure I would get the best out of my day. I have a much better understanding of the history of Shanghai and got a glimpse at many sites and venues I would love to go back to. Many thanks Jenny and Celine, you made my tour very special!‬

‪One unforgettable day in Shanghai‬

‪It's impossible to see the all highlight sites of Shanghai just for one day. Personally I'm visiting Shanghai for a second time and as previous time 2 years ago I booked (again) the services of Jenny's Tours. The preliminary communication for arranging the tour with her is very easy and her advices were priceless. The all their guides are excellent professional, but Celine is my favourite. She is speaking 4 languages and her knowledge about ancient and modern history of Shanghai is a comprehensive. Celine and the driver were very friendly, kind and patiеnт with us in cases when we delayed and help us to enjoy of our one day memorable adventure in Shanghai.

‪Advice and Guidance on Private Tour of China‬

‪We booked several tours with Jenny for our 12 day planned tour of China to include Shanghai, Xian and Beijing for September 2021. Unfortunately, we have had to cancel our holiday due to the uncertainty the world faces at the moment. Jenny, was very understanding and extremely professional, they have been a delight to work with. No question is a silly question, very quick polite replies to emails- extremely professional and friendly with advice and guidance.

We highly recommend Jenny's Shanghai Tours( they offer a lot more than just tours of Shanghai) They can book internal flights and rail travel within China, book hotel rooms and recommend places to eat. They can do it all for you. You can ask for changes to you itinerary- nothing is a problem.

We paid the 30% deposit when we booked the tours in October 2020 and have received 100% of the the deposit back within days of cancelling. Not sure that would happen in the UK.

We will definitely book with Jenny's Shanghai Tours when we can eventually travel safely to China.

Well done Jenny for providing such a great service to your clients.‬
