It’s hard to believe that we last wrote a review about fishing with Mike and Nancy in 2015. Fishing on the Arctic Addiction is a highlight of our fishing in Alaska. Every year has exceeded expectations and it seems to get better each year. Mike is one of the most passionate captains in Alaska and works his tail off to put his people on fish (Halibut, Salmon, Rockfish) if doing multi species trip. The boat is clean, safe and fishing is always a great experience. Mike this year had to go to “Plan B” (he always has a couple options)due to weather one day and still put us on fish pretty easily it seemed. Dress in layers, take a lunch and some beverages and get ready for a day of memories. We were fortunate to see many whales on way to fishing grounds, Otters all around and great views . Nancy is the best at helping with reservations and communicates clearly where to go and when to be there. If driving from outside Homer give yourself extra time to find parking. Already booked for next year and excited to see what it brings.

Just got back form our third 3 day multi species fishing trip with Mike on the Arctic Addiction. As always Mike worked hard and put us on the fish every day. we would not use anyone else to fish out of Homer.

Had been to Homer several times and found Manns Charter Service because our usual had no openings. Manns was also very tight although Nancy was wonderful to deal with and found a way to fish our group of 3. The day turned out to be picture perfect calm and upper 60s rather than the rain and 50s we expected. Better still, Mike ran all over the bay and found a way to fill our group on Rockfish, hooked several Kings, and to our surprise fill all of us on Silvers! What a great day. Carter was excellent on deck, worked hard and offered some good entertainment.
Thanks Mike, Nancy, and Carter- glad we found you and you found a way to fish us. Look forward to our next visit to Homer and fishing with Mike Manns again

Memorable and wonderful experience! Mike took our safety seriously and spent time explaining all we needed to know! From there he entertained us with his jokes and anecdotes while making sure we all had fun fishing! We caught our limit of Rockfish and Halibut and then he went above and beyond by continually working to find some King Salmon. All but one of us were able to bring home one King! Mike is so knowledgeable but also so friendly and it was clear his primary objective was for us to be safe and have fun. Carter. the deck hand and was attentive and very helpful! We will book again!

Hands down the best Charter Service in Kachemak Bay. Mike and Nancy are a first class act right from the start. Mike is a 5 star Coast Guard Certified Captain, and takes your safety seriously while providing a full day of action packed fishing and fun. The memories we created as a family are absolutely priceless! Captain Mike is filled with fishing knowledge along with fun jokes and stories to keep you entertained all day. Carter the deck hand and was attentive in helping us get the lines into the water, and the fish off the hooks quickly. Don't hesitate to book, they fill up quickly. Looking forward to our next trip.

Nancy and Mike Mann are the best. I’m a multi return customer and I’ll be back as soon as I can. Nancy handles the business end professionally and leaves you with no unanswered questions. Mike and crew ensures an adventure you will enjoy and tell your friends about. You also will bring back plenty of fish and sore arms.

First off Nancy is a wonderful business manager and her customer service is the best.
Fishing with Mike and KC on the Arctic Addition is an adventure I will recommend to my family, friends and anyone who will listen. Mike’s prices are no more than other premier fishing guides, yes it’s high but well worth it. Mike is a nice man wonderful captan and a really good fisherman.
My experience with charters have been in Canada, Homer Alaska, Valdez Alaska and Washington state. The only charter I have returned to at all is Mike Manns Charters. I’m looking forward to 2023 returning to Homer and fishing with Mike.

It was truly the highlight of our 9 day RV Trip around Alaska and the Kenai Peninsula. Mike Mann was amazing. My wife had never fished and was on a bum knee. Mike was extremely caring and helpful. We did a full day trip. We caught our limit of Halibut and Rockfish. Caught 5 big King Salmon and 2 cod. I wondered if a full day might be too long but it wasn't. We had a great time. Mike filleted all the fish on our way back to the harbor. We had our fish processed and took 65 pounds of 1 lb filets home with us to North Carolina.

If you are looking for a great time fishing call Mann Charter Services. Nancy was great answering a million questions I had. A wonderful successful fun day with Mike. Great fun guy and we all our got our limit of salmon and halibut. I would definitely fish with Mike again.

We are planning to come to Homer at the end of May/beginning of June, do you have any openings for a family of 6? Also, do you have to book a full day tour?
Hi, my fiance and I will be coming to Homer for our honeymoon. He really wants to do a guided fishing tour and I was wondering if you did tours in October and what your pricing is? Thanks!

Do u do half day tours as well? We are traveling from Australia and won’t be able to keep or send the fish back home , so we want the experience rather than the amount of the fish. We are looking at June 30 / June 1 or June 2 2020 for two adults ( in fifties) . We would also like a recommendation for river float and salmon fish from upper Kenai or Kasilof . Thanks

Will be in Homer on Sept 17 with Norwegian land/cruise and husbands want to fish that day. We will be staying at Aspen Suites. Do you guys offer transportation and how far is it from our hotel? Also, what would be the costs for 2 people?

Just wanted to clarify our Multi-species charter (halibut, salmon and rockfish) is $399.00/pp. That is our current price (2020) for the long range charter.
