Contact him on WhatsApp +62 855 1188 679. I can't recommend him highly enough. Works out of Edgewater Warung on Batu Balong beach.

Great for surfing. Watch out for hard boards though - they can be a danger if ridden by begginers. Great for all levels

Smells like sewerage runoff area. Black sand beach with quite dirty water and some garbage on the beach. Full of local sellers who all offer to rent and buy things. Forget about relaxing anything as they keep coming to harass with everything.
Surf is good, probably best in that side of the island.

This is great, with an excellent atmosphere and plenty of restaurants a few minutes walk inland, with many surfing outlets to hit the waves!!

it is close to where i stayed in canggu.so i walked to canggu beach first,then walked along the beach,i passed by many beaches,like canggu, batu bolong,nelayan and berawa.this beach is famous for its hollow stones.it is beautiful when sunset.but that time sunset not very clear.still a nice experience,will come again.

Grande spiaggia di Canggu con una sua personalità. Piena di scuole di surf, che quindi richiama queste persone e le loro attività, compreso il kite. Se piace, bene.
Spiaggia colma di warung, i tipici baracchini, con fuori lettini sdraio e pouffs anche datati, non proprio comprati ieri. Giovanotti in svaccati in relax, musichetta lounge/techno soft, cani che gironzolano. Se piace, bene.
Parecchie foci di ingresso di acque cittadine non nere, ma diciamo neanche profumate…camminando sulla spiaggia si attraversano camminandoci dentro…piaccia o meno
L’atmosfera e’ un po’ quella della Bali turistica più old school, non da riviste patinate ma un po’ più selvaggia e alla mano, rilassata, easy e un po’ sbranata con chiari esempi di situazioni da paese in via di sviluppo. Alcuni ci vengono apposta, per le sabbie bianche, shopping, aperitivi e perfezionismo da Insta andate in altre spiagge secondo me.

Une des plus plus belle plage dans les alentours. Spot vraiment intéressant pour le surf ou pour regarder les surfeurs. Quelques resto et bar simpa dans les environs. Voir quelque boutiques également

This is definitely the beach you want to visit if you like surfing. Full of surf schools and bars overlooking beach and with a very busy vibe. People everywhere but not in a bad way just buzzy. Lots of dogs roam on beach which was lovely, but just watch where you walk incase of poop. Think it was about £5 to rent board or £15 for board and lesson. No need to prebook

Sorry can't give you much info as we have our own boards, but in front of old mans at the beach there are a few places that look to rent boards, good luck
