I enjoyed the Stir Fried Beef with Onion and Mushroom, Stir Fried Chicken with Onion and Mushroom (mushroom from Sapa), egg coffee, Coconut Coffee, Omanthus Tea. Vu who served me pleasant company.

I was enchanted by the brilliant and authentic atmosphere of Halosa Lounge & Cafe during my visit to Sapa, Vietnam. From the moment you enter, the venue exudes a welcoming and inviting aura, thanks to its warm candlelight lighting and relaxing background music which creates the perfect atmosphere for an evening of leisure. In addition to the atmosphere, the food and the drinks offered are authentic and delicious. I tried the traditional pho soup and I have to say it was one of the best I've ever tasted. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful in suggesting other local specialties to try. The design of the venue is a perfect balance between modern and traditional, with lovely details that recall the local culture. I felt truly transported to an authentic Vietnamese experience as I enjoyed my fresh homemade latte.

I especially recommend their signature dish - turkey and coconut stew. I fell in love with this dish after eating it, it's just so charming! The soup is rich, the chicken is tender, and the aroma of coconut is even more memorable. You must try it!
