This cozy, tranquil spa is my favourite place to unwind and indulge in some me-time. My latest spoil was the group treat - the result: a brighter, smoother, and oh-so-soothing. Other treatments I've enjoyed include the full body Swedish massage and pedicure - superb! Best service by awesome ladies., and at a fair price!!

My first time having a massage and visiting this place and it was great. Place looks small from the outside but has enough room for for many appointments. Staff were friendly and helpful to our needs and questions. Swedish massage was great and room atmosphere was peaceful. Areas for manicures and pedicures are available as well treatments for face nails and body. very neat place

I have been the El Elyon day spa at the Protea hotel fire and ice in umhlanga. The therapists were inexperienced and not trained. I woke up next morning with my entire body sore and bruise on my leg even though I requested a light pressure massage. I did complain thereafter and continued getting excuses for the experience we have. I have commented on the Facebook page and they have even deleted my comments.

This was the worst spa I have encountered and I will never visit this spa again. The service was pathetic, the facilities were not clean, the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, and the spa treatment was not worth the money. When we complained about the service to the lady at the front desk, there was no concern for making things right with us. I asked to speak to a manager. We were promised a call back from the manager, but we were never contacted by anyone. They took down our details, but we could just tell that they were going to ignore us as soon as we walked out the door. The utter disregard for customer service is appalling. I would NOT recommend this spa to anyone!!!

An amazing experience in a spa that caters for men and women. Premises are clean and tastefully decorated. Service is 5 star and the owner goes out of her way to ensure that her clients are happy. Prices are very reasonable and therapists are highly skilled. Definitely will be a regular from now on

Ther staff are friendly and housekeeping team well done plus front office team but heads up the spa is a must to go to the staff is well trained i think its el elyon day spa I give you five stars

One of the best spa experiences I've had. EL ELYON DAY IS THE PLACE The staff are professional, friendly and well-trained. Facility is clean, well-maintained and modern. Will definitely recommend to others

Wow! We had the our time out treatment and Wow. They are so passionate about what they do and you can feel it when they massage. Consistent pressure throughout the session. Taking the initiative and spending time on knots. Our therapist was Winnie and Londy. Guys...you can take my money anyday 💯

We had a booking with my husband we enjoyed massage everything was perfect 👌 staff and manager there were friendly....thanks EL ELYON I can't wait to come back again

Will never go back there again, booked couple's massage for my husband and I, they were doing training whilst we were having our treatment, was not worth what we paid,very unprofessional,no masks as well,after complaining the manager was only concerned about if I had laid a complaint on social media or not,no follow up from their side up to now
