Loreta from the Spa was great and during our stay we are hoping to go back. I had a foot massage around the pool which turned into a reflexology session as she has the skills and I needed it. Pleasant to talk to and professional.

Best massage in Durban .
Beautiful facilities and stunning jacuzzi
They have a free snack buffet
Good banana bread and post and pre massage relaxation areas which are stunning and private

This is my second time in Durban and visiting this amazing Spa at the Oyster Box. My therapist was Mbali! What a lovely experienced, gentle, professional and caring individual!!! I had the following treatments. A change of season ritual which was mind blowing. It started with a steam room, body exfoliating, body mask rapped the full body in foil and then the most beautiful deep muscle massage!! Two days later I had the Hammam ceremonies! Wow that was equally good!! My skin was glowing and felt so velvety afterwards. Two days later I can still feel the effects! I feel relaxed and my skin is beautiful. Massive thank you to Mbali for making my experience so memorable!! Also I must thank the management and the friendly staff for creating such a calm, welcoming and opulent environment!! ❤️❤️

An unexpected stay at the Oyster Box with 2 lovely treatments. Reflexology 1 hour - much needed and very professional. BE Purified is 2 hours of pleasure and I recommend you have this treatment, such a luxury.....
It would be great if the team could follow up with their policy on no phones because there were times in the relaxation areas when I had to speak to people on their phones, which is not very relaxing for me.

I just had the most amazing, enjoyable body treatment at this spa! Thabiswa looked after me so well. My treatment was firstly washing of the feet, steam room to open the pores, full body scrub followed by a body wrap!! Oh my the back massage was off the scale!! I love the professionalism of Thabiswa and the opulent surroundings!! I can highly recommend this spa and I will definitely be back!! Big thank you to you beautiful people!! 🔥🤗

Jackie at the spa was absolutely wonderful. One of the best spas in the world! Highly recommend. The stream shower is like heaven. Had a back neck and scalp massage, perfect pressure - lovely ritual at the start. Thank you for a lovely time.

Enjoyed an afternoon of pampering. The staff are super friendly and very professional. My lady that took care of me was knowledgeable regarding the products they stock and recommended routines for problem areas.

I booked hours of spa services for my 4 sisters & I. We all had a great experience & left the spa glowing & totally relaxed. Booking the services was mostly done by email from overseas & was relatively seamless. The spa was clean, light, airy. The staff was professional, on time, patient & thorough. The food (sandwiches, scones yum, drinks, brownies) was varied, delightful & delicious. The rooms (including the locker room) were clean & awesome. Also - my sister left her gold necklace at the spa. The staff was kind and honest enough to call & let us know. She got it back with NO problems.That is also quite remarkable. Definitely an experience worth repeating.
