We arrived at your agency through a friend who recommended you.
A relationship was established over thousands of miles away, without ever having spoken in person or over the phone.
In these interactions, you have always had a professional attitude, but above all, a very human attitude. In such complicated times you never left us unanswered, never left us without a show of understanding.
Unfortunately, this year, we will not make our dream trip (for us that what it is) but we have the security and confidence that we will make it for sure, and with your help.

My husband and I had a truly incredible time at Karongwe Reserve. The reserve had very strict rules about how many vehicles could be out and approaching the animals, so we almost always felt like our jeep was the only one out there and that ensured a very intimate experience with the wildlife and nature. We saw the Big Five and our guide and tracker were extremely knowledgeable, attentive and entertaining! The accommodation was 5*, the food was very good and diverse and the atmosphere was extremely friendly and hospitable. Of course this costs more than camping out in Kruger but it was worth every penny.

Most Likely and Remembering my tours
Good Arrangements and plan did by Ms. Ilana from Kruger National Park.
After 7-8 month still Remember and still want to plan 2nd time in future to explore Kurger National Park with more SA province.

Kruger Park Travel arranged a bespoke 19-day self-drive tour for my family using a range of hotels, lodges and self-catering accommodation. The arrangements were perfect and on many occasions we seemed to be given the best rooms available.
The itinerary was fantastic and included a range of wildlife, cultural and scenic days that opened our eyes to the richness that South Africa offers.
I can't recommend Kruger Park Travel and Ilana Mahoney specifically too highly.

We had an amazing 2 days in Manyeleti. The 4 drives gave us close encounters with elephants, lions, rhino, gnus, giraffes, buffalos and all sorts of other wonderful creatures! We were looked after by the expert guides and the food was great! Sitting round the camp fire at night listening to the surrounding animals was outstanding! Highly recommend Distinctly Africa!

For me the Safari that I booked through Outlook/kurgerparktravel was truly amazing. Ruben answered all my annoying questions very quickly before arrival and he was so nice. Then arriving at the camp with a warm welcome from the sweet guides Eugene Ewen, Oliver, Jeremiah and Rickson was lovely. I booked the cheapest option which is the tent and it was like clamping. It had a light, fan, good mattresses and a charger. I did 4 night because I also included the Panaroma Route which was incredibly beautiful and definitely recommended. The guides at the camp/the once doing the game drives have true respect for the animals and nature and they know everything about them. The food at the camp was also very good! Overall the service, kindness, professional, and sweetness of all made my entire trip incredible and so much fun. It is a great place to meet other people as a solo traveller as well. The camp is also right in the Krugerpark with only a fence to keep all the animals away. It is awesome and a memory for a lifetime. Enjoy!

Had a great experience planning our vacation from India to South Africa this June with Kruger park travel. They custom made our 9 days trip to South Africa. It was indeed a lifetime experience for us. Wayne was our travel planner from Kruger park travel and was really helpful in every way. We never came across any issue during our entire stay as everything was soo well planned.

We booked a 5 day/4 night trip through Kruger Park Travel with Tydon African Safaris. It was a trip of a lifetime - our group of 4 adults all absolutely loved it. The service from KPT was top-notch. I sent our initial inquiry, and got back a colorful and detailed proposal that had us all drooling. We were able to make some modifications to the initial proposal, which worked out great. Every question was answered very quickly and professionally by Ilana, who remained my contact from start to finish. Right before the trip we received a list of emergency contact info, which I've never had happen before, and it was much appreciated for leaving with folks back home. The entire trip went exactly as was identified in the documents we received.
I honestly have never had such great email communications with someone - if I asked three questions, she sent three answers. We paid our 50% deposit to reserve, and then the balance about 2 months before our trip - that was a little nerve-wracking but obviously worked out just fine. :-)

It was a trip of a lifetime. Many, many thanks to Ruben with Kruger Park Travel for arranging the 11 day Johannesburg, Kruger, Victoria Falls & Cape Town Safari. He provided information quickly, answered all my emails and questions. Ruben was very helpful making changes when I asked to deviate from the standard tour package. Everything from the accommodations, air travel and transfers were fantastic. It was a great value for the cost. I would definitely recommend using Kruger Park Travel to arrange a travel package.

Hello there,
We have booked a safari trip next August. The first segment - South Africa, Zambezi - is managed by Kruger Park Travel. Unfortunately, we may have to cancel the trip due to the uprising in my country, currency devaluation and bank measures amongst which capital control. I have already received a negative answer regarding our request to get refund for the deposit already paid in case we cancelled the trip, but would wish to get directly into contact with their Management. Could anybody kindly provide their Management direct e-mail and phone if possible as those are not available on their website (only their reservation e-mail and office landline are shown)
