Amazing!!! Thanks to Verity for our special requests and for the organization and miles thanks to Robbie: the best Guide ever!!! Let me explain why:
2 afternoon and morning safaris + transfer johannesburg- kruger Park with affordable accommodation. We saw: hippos, crocodile, guru, impala, giraffes, warthog, lion, hyena, cheetah, mongoose, eagle, zebra all Ave u. Beautiful sunset and sunrise😍😍😍😍 and see an elephant swimming like a hippo and charging at the drinking zebras, laughing hyenas, giraffes running, laughing hyenas, and the lion walking right at. With us. The tour safe and explanation.👏👏👏👏 In short we do not ask too much me and my family (2 adults + 2 children 8 and 12 years). So I recommend a thousand times if you have a tight budget and not much time you will not regret it!! If I could put more than 5 stars I would have put it without hesitation.

We went in a group of 5 people; an incredible experience, with great attention to safety and an impressive level of knowledge of the fauna and flora. I strongly recommend this company's service. Our guide, Dean, was impeccable, we intend to do other safaris with them.

I did the Kruger 4 Day Budget Safari as a solo female traveler, and had a trully wonderful experience. The highlight was having Promise as a guide. She is fantastic, very generous and knowledgeable. She was really committed to sharing the wonders of Kruger with me, and understood perfectly the kind of experience I was looking for, which was to appreciate the ecosystem in general, and not only look for the Big Five with a checklist. She showed me a lot of interest things, from plants, to birds, to the big game, to the cultural and historical background of the park (plus, we had a lot of fun together). She had a lot of insight on the ecosystem in general. She really is the BEST.
The experience with Nhongo was very nice and easy, starting with the booking. I wrote to different companies when I was deciding on my trip, and Nhongo always responded very quickly. They accommodated to my needs in terms of dates, and also to the fact that I was traveling solo (most companies didn't). They arranged my transportation from Johannesburg to Mbombela, where I was picked up and taken to Kruger.
They arranged my accommodation at Pretoriuskop camp inside the park, which was another upside (other companies offered accommodation outside the park, especially because it was the busiest season). I was not looking for any luxury, so the hut in the camp was perfect for me.
All in all, I absolutely recommend booking with Nhongo and would do it again. Thank you!

We went with the family and we had a fantastic experience.
Verity communicated with us from the start till the end. Dean picked us up and drove us back.
Amanda who was our guide gave our family a 5 start experience.
This is the second time we used them for safari in Kruger Park and this will certainly not be the last one.
Stop looking around and book your safari with them, they are the best!

It was our 2nd safari with Nhongo. And we were not disappointed. Their slogan "Arrive as strangers, leave as friends" fits perfectly. Verity & Dean did everything to ensure that we - 3 couples who are friends - had an unforgettable time in Kruger. Thank you very much for that.
We had a lot of fun & saw so much! A leopard came right up to the safari jeep - a goosebumps moment for life! Dean was happy to answer all of our questions, he read tracks and did everything he could to ensure that we could see as many animals as possible. We had Verity & Dean to ourselves for the whole safari, it was like a private safari because they responded to all of our wishes.
Verity & Dean were the perfect hosts for us. They picked us up from our lodge in Johannesburg & brought us back there after the safari. Everything was perfectly organized & carried out. Nhongo Safaris is highly recommended!
Strangers became friends. Thank you very much, Verity & Dean, see you next time!

They (Dean and Verity) really put forth the effort to take care of us and make sure we got what we wanted. They took care of the little details ahead of time, so we didn’t have the headache. We had two people working full time with our group of 14, plus a park ranger spent a day on us, and Verity back at base. I am certain that the guides that we had were among the best out there. For instance, our guide, Amanda, spotted a leopard first. Obviously, this attracted a crowd of other drivers. Still, she was one step ahead of everyone and they started following our driver rather than the leopard.
The hotel (Kruger Gate Hotel) that they helped us select was amazing and perfect for what we wanted.
Nhongo were very quick in responding to any communication. They showed up early to any time we met them. It was really door-to-door service and at the times that we wanted. They put forth the effort to keep us happy!

Verity was clear and prompt in helping us arrange our safari tour, while our guide Amanda was excellent - her passion for and knowledge of wildlife was inspiring. We enjoyed our tour very much and would highly recommend it.

Hola... estoy planificando un viaje a Sudáfrica y estoy convencido que Nhongo es una excelente opción para hacer el safari por el Kruger. Dentro de los safaris estándar, hay uno de 4 días por "southern Kruger", pero la web no especifica nombre del alojamiento ni la zona por dónde se hacen las salidas.
Alguien me podría aclarar si la zona de las salidas (ya que dice "southern Kruger") puede ser una desventaja?
Además, alguien me puede dar algún dato más del alojamiento (nombre, comodidades, algún detalle que me permita imaginármelo mejor?

Good Day to you it all depends on availability to what camps we use in the Southern section of the Kruger National parks. We can advise you of what is available if you could send us an email and we can then give you further information on a quotation.

Firstly thank you for your question. No we do not have Italian speaking guides. All our safaris are conducted in english, which is the main language spoken in the country.

Firstly thank you for your question. Unfortunately Hoedspruit is about two hours drive from the area we operate in, so for us to get there for an early morning drive is not possible.
Nhongo Safaris operates in the South of the Kruger National Park close to Nelspruit, White River and Hazyview, where our full day, half day, morning and afternoon drives take place. If you are staying in Hoedspruit, it is best to find an operator there that can do your drives.

Hello there! Could someone please confirm me, whether Nhongo Safaris or any other tour operator provides airport pick up at O.R. Tambo Joahnnesburg airport (ETA 7:30 AM) to join the 3 to 5 Day Safarai at the Kruger Park? If so, this will be very helpful! My intention is to be dropped off at a designated hotel either in Rosebank or Sandton afterthe safari games. Thanks for the attention. Cheers!

Oh, I should tell you that you most likely will not be able to arrange your own pickup time. The safari operators use a shared minivan that will pick up multiple people to drive to Kruger. They are on a schedule since they need to be in Kruger by a certain time to meet up with the safari guides. We were given a pickup time of 7 am and they arrived about 7:15.
