Such a great experience! What a beautiful way to explore our wilderness.
Thank you Devin and Liberty for a fantastic day, you guys are so professional, fun and make the abseiling experience feel like it's as natural as walking.
Having the opportunity to learn a new skill in a well preserved environment the right way, makes me so glad to support a company like yours.
I highly recommend anyone who is keen on exploring the wilderness to give this company a call!

My time with Frixion Adventures has been incredible. The views were amazing and the overall experience was thrilling and fulfilling. The guides were also super kind, knowledgeable, and charismatic. They made sure we got in and out of the canyon safely and even provided us with ice cold beer after we finished! I highly recommend Frixion to anyone looking for a unique and exciting adventure in the Cape Town area!

We went kloofing with Devin, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! Devin was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly fun and personable. He made sure we felt safe and comfortable the entire time, and his guidance added so much to the adventure. It was clear he truly loves what he does, and his enthusiasm was infectious! We had so much fun and made some unforgettable memories. Thank you, Devin, for making this such a fantastic experience—we’d recommend him to anyone looking for a great guide!

I had the most incredible experience with Frixion Adventures. The canyon was incredible it felt so natural and untouched. The waterfalls were beautiful and such refreshing cold water. I would strongly recommend this experience it’s the perfect day out for any who loves a bit of adventure.

We had an incredible time abseiling, exploring, swimming and jumping into pools while admiring the beauty of the canyon. Throughout all of this, the guides (Devin and Kyle) made us feel so comfortable with their warm, friendly and humorous demeanour while still being incredibly professional and thorough with everyone’s safety. Being a first time abseiler, I was a bit nervous beforehand but my nerves were eased as soon as we got there. I felt completely safe and well taken care of the entire time.It was definitely one for the books and so worth a return trip! Lifelong memories made

An experience of a lifetime!
We were lucky to experience this one of a kind Waterfall hike with family and friends. Devin was phenomenal with all the kids, bringing joy and laughter to each and every moment.
The most beautiful place for anyone looking for an exciting adventure! We will definitely be back, and can highly recommend you book an adventure with Frixion Adventures.

This is 1 of most phenomenal trails we had the pleasure of hiking, with an incredible guide to assist us Devin was so helpful with my 2 kids carrying my 3 year old daughter when she needed help, encouraging and motivating my son in the most amazing positive way... You don't need to be gym fit to do this adventure... Lasting memories has definitely been created we will recommend Frixon adventures 100%

You are correct, the Smalblaar trip needs no prior experience as the jumps are not compulsory and we ease into the abseils. By the end, you all will be like secret agents!!

Hello,
We are interested to go on the Smalblaar route on around August 19, and would like to ask about the water temperature at that time is it very cold? We come from a tropical country so we are not used to too much cold water :). Also we are a group of novices and some people might be afraid of doing the high jumps, are there always options to go down without jumping from high places with this route? Finally for this time of the year are there other options we can take aside from Smalblaar, as people in my party may not be so physically active :)

August is cold and exciting. We provide all the gear to keep you warm and comfortable. Water temp is cold so we will give you do wetsuits. You g goby need any experience to do the canyon. I would suggest doing me a mail so I can send you some info packs. Kindest regards

Hi, good to hear from you. During the winter months we are able to run amazing high water trips through the Smalblaar canyon. The availability of trips and access to the canyon is however determined by the weather and the amount of rain that has fallen close to the trip date.If all goes well then it does make for an amazing day out. Past clients whom have been there in the winter have been absolutely thrilled. Hope this helps. Cheers
