I don't know of a specific tour but you could organise a private tour with Buenos Aires Local Tours and just buy flights into and out of AEP. You could just book a certain number of hours with them and take a taxi to the meeting place. A glance at an Aero Lineas Argentinas timetable suggests that you could get a morning flight that should have you at Buenos Aires (AEP) at around 9am. Get them to work out how long it would take to get to a meeting place (add some extra time in case the plane is late). Do a 4-5 hour tour and then get back to AEP for a 6:20pm flight back to MVD.

Quite the opposite in fact, we have been too busy which occasionally has led to delays in replying to some emails. We would love to offer you a tour of Buenos Aires, however we are getting booked up far in advance at the moment and have very little guide availability for February 1st. At present we have no guides available in the morning that day, and may have a guide available in the afternoon for a half day walking tour.
