In the same email, I told you that if you needed, we could offer you a transfer from the Park to Posada or San Ignacio, but not that it was included in the price, a transfer that costs 150 dollars could never be available for free, there are almost 300 kilometers of private transport. We didn't know where they were traveling to after visiting the park, so we couldn't include a transfer if we don't know where they were going afterwards. Many passengers go to Mercedes, others to Posadas or Iguazu, the distances are different and the transfer rates also. In another email you ask me what would be the best route to go from the park to Iguazu and I recommend taking a transfer to San Ignacio because in this way you would save at least 8 hours of travel, you asked me to book for you at that time, no I realized that the price of this transfer had not passed and that is where the communication error was, but we always respond quickly and through different communication channels such as WhatsApp in case of doubt. we get other passengers so that you share the transfer and pay only 50% of its value, the transfers are services that do not have added value and you can reserve it on your own if you wish and you will pay the same or more.
