‪Relaxed het Beagle kanaal op.‬
‪Ontzettend leuke tocht. Men nam rustig de tijd om alles goed te kunnen waarnemen. Zowaar nog 4x walvissen gespot, waardoor de trip langer duurde dan gepland, maar dat was allemaal geen probleem.‬

‪Great - much better on a small boat.‬

‪This is a relatively small boat. A much better trip than the one with 160 people on it. Gets in really close to seal island too.‬

‪Beagle Channel Yacht Tour - so much fun‬
‪Such a great time! Our guide was amazing, she was loads of fun, knowledgeable and spoke perfect Spanish and English. Saw loads of sea lions, birds and dolphins came and swam with the boat. Definitely do this tour if you’re in Ushuaia!‬

‪Totalmente recomendable la navegaciòn por el canal Beagle, el avistamiento de cormoranes, el faro, los pingüinos y lobos marinos...y para completar la experiencia tuvimos la suerte de ver ballenas jorobadas y delfines. Lo repetirìa en otra època del año.‬

‪La experiencia es bonita. La guía fue un amor, hizo más atractivo el paseo aún. No había galletas para comer ni mate como decía cuando la contraté, solo un café o té o chocolate. Al ser larga aconsejó Llevarse unas galletitas, mori de hambre. El capitán un crack se detenía mucho tiempo a ver ballenas o pingüinos y lobos, lo que aparezca él le ponía lo mejor para que lo viésemos.‬

Muchas gracias por compartir tu experiencia José! Te quería comentar que tanto el mate como las galletitas fueron sacados por protocolo covid desde el 2020, evidentemente la agencia donde contrataste nuestro tour tiene desactualizado nuestro descriptivo. Esperamos que vuelvas a casa con un montón de fotos lindas de la navegación y con un lindo recuerdo de la ciudad del fin del mundo. Saludos de todo el equipo!

‪Amazing experience‬
‪We had a very nice young lady as a guide. The group was small, like 26 people. The boat captain was skillful and he tracked humpback whales for us to look them closely. I recommend. ‬

‪Souvenirs mémorables‬
‪Nous avons découvert cette excursion par hasard et avons eu beaucoup de chance d’avoir pu embarquer sur le bateau de Patagonie Adventure Explorer.
Cette visite de 4 heures nous a permis de voir les baleines, les otaries, des dauphins et les cormorans. Le mini trekking était superbe. Nous recommandons cette excursion.‬

‪Ótimo passeio, deve fazer ‬
‪Uma sensação muito bacana ver os animais marinhos do e o "Farol do Fim do Mundo" canal de Beagle, o catamarã tem muitos recursos para o passeio, pena que ficamos um pouco longe dos animais.‬

‪Une halte à Ushuaia‬
‪Conseillé par notre guide Mariano à Buenos Aires, nous avons fait cette balade qui s’est avérée extraordinairement belle et avec un guide Majo, d’une grande patience et une grande connaissance de sa région . Ce fut un moment très agréable malgré le temps .

Recommended by our guide Mariano in Buenos Aires, we did this excursion which turned out to be extraordinarily beautiful and with a guide Majo, who was very patient and knowledgeable about his region. It was a very pleasant moment despite the weather.‬

‪Terrible customer service, absolutely avoid if on a cruise ship‬

‪Absolutely terrible company. We booked a Beagle Channel tour months ago for a cruise ship call. We knew the tour was due to leave at 10.30am, we were due in at 10.00am, but cruise ships can be late so we specifically checked to make sure they would wait if we were late. We have an email from them assuring us that they were putting on a "special departure for Celebrity cruisers at 10.30am, it will depend on the docking time" That is lifted directly from the email. Other disappointed people who had booked were similarly assured. We were slightly late, got off the ship immediately and were there by 10.40am only to be told by a rude and unhelpful staff member that they had already departed and that it was our fault for being late. Basically accused us of lying when we quoted the email from them. Far too late to book anything else so have a full day in Ushuaia now with nothing booked. The email from them apologised, but basically said they had lots of other people waiting for an opening so took them instead. Worst tour company we have ever experienced in 15 years of cruising.‬

Good morning, We are very sorry that your cruise arrived late, but as we explained to you yesterday, there were more passengers on the tour. The original departure was at 10:00 a.m., when you informed us that your cruise ship would arrive at 10:00 a.m., we changed the departure time to 10:30 a.m. so that you would arrive on time. 4 passengers in total (including you) had this inconvenience, but on the tour there were 22 more passengers waiting to leave, 12 of whom had a pick-up scheduled at 2:45 p.m. and would not arrive on time. Nor could we wait later than 10:30 a.m. because that would delay the 3:00 p.m. departure, which would imply affecting the schedule of the 26 passengers in the afternoon. Again we are sorry that your cruise was late, but we cannot control that.
