Wet and wild was amazing we checked in with very little problem and we’re on the river in no time excellent machine fabulous service I would highly recommend

We were heading to Parker, Az for a few days and wanted to rent a boat. I called Jason at Wet and Wyld to rent, he had a boat that I wanted. So I paid my deposit. We were renting it on Tuesday, he called Sunday night and said something had happened to the boat we were renting and wanted to let me know. He had a tritoon instead of the ski boat. He said it will be just as fun so I told him I would trust his judgement and go with it. We go to the pickup place Tuesday morning and looked around. Took a bit to find the guy with the boat. It was not the Jason I spoke to on the phone. Then we found him and got on the boat. He gave us instructions on how to work the boat. Ask for $500 cash as a security hold. Said I would get it back when they got the boat back. I gave him the money even though I thought that was strange when they had a credit card number and then he walked off. Lo and behold, the boat would not start. He had already told us to watch to make sure the motor didn't drop into the water because a lifter was broken. Then he said he would try to fix it. Maybe 15 or 20 minutes. We did not feel comfortable going out. Because if we broke down we would be stuck. So I got the cash back and called the company to cancel the rental since the boat didn't work. They said they would give the deposit back right away to my credit card. The next day they charged an extra $287 for the boat rental, that didn't happen. So instead of returning the deposit they charged the rest of it. The next day, Wednesday, we went to lunch over at the dock and they were still working on the boat. But had the nerve to charge us for the rental. They are crooks. And if you get a rental, make sure the boat works. They were pretty old and broken down looking. I had to go thru my bank to contest the charges. 3 weeks later the credit card gave me the money back. They are still fighting with his bank. Be careful before going here or trusting them with your credit card info. Better yet, go somewhere else and save the headache.

I can see why Wet and Wyld asked me to pay in full the night before picking up our boat. The upholstery was totally ripped up in the bow seating area along with several other places. The hull of the boat was beat up pretty bad. The throttle was stiff and difficult to fine tune for the kids’ rides. The steering wheel was also very stiff making it difficult to maneuver. The bumper buoy fell off the second day because the rope was so worn. Luckily we found it floating down river or we would have been charged triple (according the the contract) for the owner to buy a new one. I brought up the upholstery damage and hull dings upon pick-up and was told to take it or leave it. They already had my money. I was charged full price for this piece of work and will never rent here again.

This was our first jet ski rental from Wet And Wyld and our experience was excellent. Rental price was reasonable and they delivered and launched the jet ski, so everything was stress free and lots of fun. The jet ski I rented was very reliable and I was impressed with the performance. I highly recommend renting from them if you're on the Parker Strip.

I ordered a jet ski to be delivered to Black Meadow Landing 1 month ahead of time. They delivered at the exact time they said they would and picked up 2 days later at the exact time they said they would. They also called to confirm they were on their way. Equipment was not new but did not expect new equipment for rentals. Well maintained and ran great with no problems. I would definitely use them the next time and I did recommend them to a friend.

You cant trust this company, I booked boat and jet ski for labor day weekend, 2 days before the weekend they called me to cancel the boat, double booking, they already charge my credit card and how they expect me to find boat 2 days before labor day, they didn't do anything to help up to find alternative and they actually didn't care.
we got there to pick up 2 jet skis we ordered and found very old jet skis, scratch all over, like someone pick it from junk yard .
when we returned it back we found that we lost plastic sand anchor which cost in Amazon $14 and he want to charge us for $32 , without any choice we agreed for the $32. after 2 weeks I found in my credit card report that they charge me for $38.
There are many options in Parker AZ area and you should skip this place

Jason took care of us from start to finish. When the wind got snarky, he rearranged our deal to end that day and start up again on the next. He was awesome-easy going, honest, fair. His price was cheaper than everyone else and he didn't gouge us for gas and "miscellanous events of unknown" that the other places like hitting you with. The price was the price and stayed the price until the end. He was super prompt at refunding our deposit too.
