Driver was not visible with sign even after several rounds looking for him. No one answered when I called, and it took 15 minutes to respond to the note I sent the group via the app to try to find out where the driver was.
So, points off for communication - not something anyone wants to deal with after a very long day of travel.

He was great and picked us up on time and was super nice. The car was great and conversation was on point.

It was a Business transfer from Zurich Airport to Zurich centre. No one was present at the arrival exit (On Time) and only a 5 minutes trough call center an operator reported that no reservation was in their sistem at first, than thay recovered the booking and said the car was arriving. The Driver showed up after 20 minutes complaining about the traffic and roadworks. This problems should be taken in count when you are a private transfer driver. Worse performance the next day when, due to the previous day experience i decided to call them in advance to verify the transfer from the city to the airport. The operator told me that the reservation was canceled but they ignore from who! I was left in a saturday morning in the street whit no assistance. I got a taxi . I suggest refound the booking staff and buy them a better SWISS (?) watch ...

I am used to take the train in Switzerland. With luggage it is not the best way to make a business trip. This company helps me to save time. Of course it costs but it worsts to pay 2 times more than the train.

Wonderful experience. Our chauffeur Manu was excellent, lively with a smiling face. The experience was seamless starting from the pickup at arrival hall to drop at Yvoire.

Driver did his job well and was perfectly on time. No frills except he wore a suit- man did what we paid him to do. I definitely recommend

Wonderful trip to Lichtenstein, Austria, Germany and back to Rhein Falls in Switzerland. Our guide, Alex, and trainee Christiana, were both knowledgeable and friendly. They offered insight and awesome suggestions on where to eat, take pictures and see the sights.

We ordered a last minute private transfer from Interlaken to Andermatt.
Locally nobody was able to provide the Service - Alptransfer succeded to provide a outstanding car available within very short period of time. Driver was very friendly.
