We were there 3 weeks ago at the front street store, but they are reopening their store also near the airport in the next 2 months.

If you asked someone at the store they would be able at answer that question. If they don't know, they will find some who does!

What the other person said is what I would do. They usually try to fix anything. They really are customer friendly. Contact their website. I think it's on your receipt.

They had alot of nice watches at a good price but could get it cheaper. You have to be willing to bargain. When they say for you half price you can do better. Go see Anil. The eco watches were a good price they about 250.00 canadian you can get them there for less. Hope that answers your question.

Cindy L. I can't answer the question about rental car robberies. I think rental cars have a number or letter on the license plate that the locals know it's a rental. We've been going there for almost 20 years and no problems. When you park make sure everything is out of sight to reduce temptation. We always go to Orient Bay beach and parking there is pretty safe.
