Pasé el sábado 15/2 todo un día hasta el domingo. Fue una experiencia en familia espectacular. Tanto Catalina como Gonzalo han sido excelentes como nos han atendido como todo el personal de la Estancia. Muchísimas gracias por vuestra hospitalidad!!

Estuvimos solo de pasada para conocer el lugar y su imteresante historia,nos quedo como deber pasar un dia alli en ese precioso lugar de estancia.

I went for two days at La Porteña de Areco to relax after several weeks of road trip and upon the recommendation of friends.
I discovered a historical estancia located in a wonderful park surrounded by many horses and taken care of with love by Gonzalo and Catalina.
They will take the best care of you and give you a glimpse of what best Argentina has to offer.
Make sure you stop there if you go to San Antonio de Areco.
And make sure you stop there even if you don't.

A nine hour tour was worth every minute. The day felt like we were visiting family friends at the Estancia. The setting is magnificent. The Gauchos are highly skilled and Pablo’s explanations were very interesting. The tour was family friendly and both young children and more senior tourists were included in all of the activities. A great day with the highlight being the leisurely lunch on the lawn followed by Gaucho dancing and horsmanship demonstration. Highly recommended.

Al lugar le falta mantenimiento
Las mozas tienen muy mala predisposición para atender
Falta una picada o algo de entrada si te distraes y no agarras una empanada no comes nada hasta las 14hs
Las ensaladas están bien y son abundantes la carne la traen a cuentagotas y no se te ocurra servirte 2 porciones!!!
Es muy caro por el servicio q ofrecen
Los caballos bien y los gauchos muy amables
No volvería
Las mozas tienen muy mala predisposición para atender

Una estancia con una arboleda añosa, y con mucha historia, muy linda para recorrer, la atención es personalizada y muy buena, la comida excelente....las actividades que ofrece el lugar, muy divertidas.

Es un lugar muy lindo para ir, o con familia o con amigos o solo.
La atencion es impecable y la comida muy rica!!
Es un lugar que representa perfectamente los que nos identifica como argentinos.
Lo super recomiendo.

I wanted to do some riding and see La Pampa and the sorroundings of Buenos Aires and for me Estancia La Porteña was the perfect place to do this. I went two times, first with my family and then again with my boyfriend and we had a great time. You can go riding no matter your experience and the horses are very good and you can choose to go for a shorter ride or also go further onto the pampa sorounding the estancia which i highly recommend, we were away for about 2 hours. There was a huge asado and the Tea had loads of options of sweets to choose from. And the best part of the estancia is the history and that you actually comes to one of the most tradicional and oldest estancias in Argentina! I highly recommend it.

We went to an estancia (a cattle ranch) where we went on a horse ride. After the ride we were treated to an Argentinian BBQ. Argentina is well known for its steaks. We had different types of steak cuts and ribs, the meat was world class. The Gaucho was playing his guitar whilst we were eating. The restaurant was quiet and we got great individual service. The men drank Gancia (citrus and herb flavored liquor). I loved the Gaucho experience, it is a day I will never forget.
